聽海國際輕奢美宿（汕尾保利金町灣店）

入住不到15分鐘就決定退房，實際情況與圖片嚴重不符。 插座脫落、電線裸露，存在安全隱患 房間衞生情況很差，窗台和角落有多隻昆蟲 馬桶鬆動、垃圾桶未清理，牆面也有明顯污漬 整體設施老舊、與平台照片落差極大 我們入房不到15分鐘就立即聯絡客服，並清楚表明希望退房，亦提交了現場照片。但酒店方後續一直否認我們提出退房的事實，處理態度強硬，溝通過程令人失望。 We booked this seaside apartment in Shanwei based on the platform's photos and ratings, which seemed quite decent. However, the reality upon arrival was extremely disappointing: Exposed electrical wires and loose sockets — serious safety concern Poor hygiene: insects on the window ledge and in the corners Toilet seat was loose, trash bin was not emptied, and walls had visible stains Overall room condition was outdated and far from what was shown online Within 15 minutes of entering the room, we contacted customer service and clearly requested to cancel and leave. We also submitted photos as evidence. However, the hotel later denied that we had requested a checkout and handled the matter in an uncooperative manner. This experience disrupted our trip and left us very disappointed.

住海景房真的太爽啦，酒店的服務很周到，衞生也很乾凈，完全超預期啦，不過樓下那家Mini咖啡店也不錯哈哈，推薦推薦！
