法尤姆黑藍旅館(Helnan Auberge Fayoum)

Hotel in stile coloniale direttamente sul lago di Al Fayoum . Personale gentile servizio buono . Mangiare discreto camere di ottimo livello rapportate allo standard del posto . Grande piscina . Io e mia moglie abbiamo dormito una notte nella camera standard posta sul retro dell’albergo che costa meno delle camere con vista piscina ma che è più grande ed accogliente .

Room not cleaned enough, very old outdated, bathrooms amenities not good quality. no Wi-Fi in rooms or public. They are saying there is Wi-Fi in the public but there is no signal in the public areas. Food quality is not good at all. Staff are friendly and helpful but unfortunately this is not enough to make our stay good as we were expecting. Room rate is high compare to the the product and the services or the amenities.

worst hotel ever , staff is very rude , they doesn’t know anything about hotels services and no one care about their guests , and they ask me to pay money just for entering the hotel its a fraud and against the law , they cheating their guests, I would give them 0 star , and i will never go there again

Shower not working, room not clean, sheets not changed, even they put used shower cap !!!! Dust all over the room lot of insects this is not hotel at alllll !!! Don’t recommend at all, worst experience

The hotel has a historical past, but it seems to be stuck there and not renewed. My room was quite large, with access to the back yard. The bathroom floor very slippery. The breakfast was very simple and so is the dinner. Wi-fi does not work in the rooms, only near the reception. the staff is helpful

the hotel is excellent , people are really friendly , i stayed with ,y family for 2 nights , enjoyed Fayoum . the hotel is clean , food good , good varieties . The room is big , similar to a junior suit .

Our experience was terrible by all means They never answer their phone In the first place Staff is VERY unfriendly and not willing to help Room was not clean Bedsheets and towels smelled awful We couldn’t even reach the reception or front desk if we needed anything during our stay Food was horrible
