The room has mould in it. The photos advertised is not same experience that u are suppose to get. We found a banky of **** behind the TV and I reported to head office and the hotel and still no one has contacted me. Would not recommend to my closest friends or family

We arrived here yesterday and we're extremely disappointed. First we got no wifi then we had to share a connection with another unit and only have coverage in one spot. Definitely not accessible for elderly people. If I knew this I wouldn't have waisted money like this. 1 star rating is to much

A waste off time. Reception was good but the Chalets were Dirty without Towels. Worst place ever. Need an urgent Make over.Did the booking through First Resorts. Launch a complaint and still waiting for feedback Rather sleep in our Vehicles. Bad. Bad.Bad.

Great location, easy access to beach. Unit was well equipped. There was both an air-con and fans. Cleanliness and maintenance was below standard. Overall unit was acceptable but the bathroom needed a good clean. We would return based on location.

Really decent accommodation. 6 sleeper was perfect for our 5 member family. S jäh court was an u expected bonus and we forgot our binoculars, so the lookout with the telescope was a welcomed facility for us for dolphin watching. All round a great family vacation accommodation. Quirky fun fact is that there velvet monkeys you will encounter at least once a day, just don’t feed them otherwise they’ll never leave you alone!

It depends on which apartment you get which can impact your stay here. Some of the units have exquisite views while ours had a tiny sliver of the ocean you could barely see through the blocking trees and car ports. Grounds need serious upkeep as well as the kids playground and trampoline which was one of the reasons we chose to stay there. Chalet was older than it looked online but the beds and linen were very comfortable. Pool area was nice. We were disappointed upon arrival but did get comfortable and enjoyed our stay.
