住的好，住過很多的酒店，這裏算是比較喜歡和舒服的酒店了，平價酒店而言，同價位對比😃😃😃😃😃😃😃

Dah 2 kali repeat. Cuma berbeza bilik . Tiada apa yang kurang semua sangat bagus. Bilik yang sangat luas dan saya sangat berpuas hati. Nak berurusan dengan mereka pun sangat mudah. So sangat recommend untuk sesiapa yang tengah mencari hotel untuk stay. Insya Allah next trip kita book lagi heheheh

Tqsm untuk upgrade bilik kami 😀😄.sgt berpuas hati dgn bilik,ada netflix dan internet yg laju.kebersihan memang ditahap terbaik.ada kemudahan pinggan mangkuk yang lengkap dengan mikrowave dan peti ais.aircond yg sejuk dan bilik yang sangat luas.kami pasti akan datang lagi dan menginap disini.

On May 3rd, we booked a room for July 6th and received a confirmation email from Trip.com. In June, we even received a reminder email, and three days before our stay, we got another confirmation. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we were told our booking had been canceled. We had no notice of this. The booking was supposedly canceled on May 7th, but neither we nor Trip.com were informed, which is why we kept receiving confirmation emails. We wasted two hours arguing with unhelpful hotel staff and the host, who passed the blame to Trip.com and left us to sort it out. The host outsources their customer service, leading to endless miscommunication and delays. Their online-only service was constantly busy, adding to our frustration. Finally, Trip.com intervened, and the host claimed the hotel was fully booked, which was a lie—we could still book a room if we wanted to. We had to spend more money on another hotel, losing the discount we had booked months in advance. What should have been a short, relaxing escape turned into a stressful, exhausting, and frustrating ordeal, wasting our time and energy.

First of all, I nk reccomend dekat korang utk stay dkt sini if u guys plan to stay in Shah Alam sebab bilik dia selesa sangat and luas it could fit 4-5 guest or maybe more I guess so. The only problem is tmpt dia jauh sikit drpd bandar thats all but anyway it is very worth it and affordable for a big and very very comfortable room. Layanan drpd staff sangat baik, respon sangat pantas dan membantu. I will definitely repeat to stay here next time if I came to Shah Alam. Thankyou for your great service :)

bathroom smelled of strong urine odour. Had to wash the bathroom myself. House keeping not upto date

Good location, easy to access. Room so spacious and clean. Price super affordable and easy checkin come with free parking ..
