The positive reviews misled us about this guesthouse. We have received a rudimentary room in terms of equipment, where thorough cleaning has not been done for a long time and with a tiny and non-functional bathroom under the title of triple superior room and at a 3-star rate. I detail: dust and cobwebs in all corners, on the lamps, windowsills, insect netting, old and torn curtains, the walls bearing the traces of insects crushed over time. By no means are the facilities 3* as it is listed on the booking sites! Bathroom: mold and black deposits in the shower, the drain almost blocked, water coming out from under the bathtub, the toilet tank gets stuck open, a person can hardly fit between the toilet and the sink. The host, although kind and smiling, inefficient and disorganized, and the cleaning + breakfast person has nothing to do with hospitality. I have described the conditions from room no. 1, ground floor, period 31.08-03.09.2024. Upon the constructive feedback received about our unpleasant experience, the host nonchalantly admitted that she knows the problems, but she has not yet had time to fix them, to renovate the room, no apologies, no remorses...
