Comfortable and private, right in the middle of the beautiful campus of the University of the South. Attended a knitting retreat which occurs annually, so hope to rent it again!

Clean, Convenient Central Campus Location, Communicative Owner
Well equipped, cozy home with a fenced yard. It’s is always a treat to stay on campus. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent again. Listing accuracy describes the rental. We particularly enjoyed watching the birds. Many thanks for sharing your home!

Wedding Guest Weekend
We stayed here for a weekend to celebrate a friends wedding and it was just perfect! Central location and everything you would need! Lovely home!

Perfect stay for graduation
Cute house in a great spot on campus! Loved our stay. Owners were kind enough to let us access house briefly to put food in fridge even though it was before checkin time and house was not ready yet. Easy to connect with owners. Would stay again.

Great location in Sewanee!
Great location, well appointed, very cluttered, somewhat dated, and a lot of the owner's items around the house. However given the lack of options in Sewanee, it's a good choice. I had to reach out a few times to confirm my stay as there wasn't much communication after I booked my stay.
