The place was very clean and super well located ! I’d definitely rebook them again whenever I’m back in Sevilla!

We booked 7 nights at Numa Molina Seville, Apartment was situated on the ground floor and was big and spacious. But had zero natural light as its situated at the back of the building complex. I can deal with that as the location was great, however we were not advised of the infestation of cockroaches and would wake up to them scurrying around or find them dead on the counter tops. Its a known problem as when we repoted it they removed the panel under kitchen revealing a set of traps. My four year old was also with is and was terrified. Complaint was raised a request to move. Numa offered us an apartment change but for a far smaller sized with little discount. The carbon monoxide alarm activated and again raised this with Numa and were told someone would be sent to chect that night but they didn't arrive until next day. We also suffered frequent power trips. Such a shame really as the location is great and the property itself is decent. If staying ground floor be prepared, clean surfaces day and night and don't leave food or crumbs around.

Het appartement was heel ruim en netjes. De communicatie was erg goed en duidelijk. Het ligt midden in het centrum, wat het erg makkelijk maakt om overal te geraken. Het nadeel is wel dat je veel omgevingsgeluiden hoort in het midden van de nacht. Maar dat valt heel makkelijk op te lossen met oordopjes. Ik zou het appartement zo opnieuw boeken en beveel het zeker aan.

Loistava sijainti, mutta heikko asiakaspalvelu Asunto on loistavalla sijainnilla vanhan kaupungin keskiössä ja huoneisto itsessään toimiva. Meillä oli valitettavasti kuitenkin ongelmia luvattujen vauvansänkyjen, syöttötuolien ja asiakaspalvelun kanssa. Paikalla ollut henkilökunta puhui vain espanjaa, joten puutteita oli hankala selvittää. Lisäksi jäin jumiin hissiin ja muista arvosteluista päätellen en ollut ensimmäinen. Late check-out tunnilla myöhemmin onnistui vasta todella pitkän selvittelyn ja useiden puheluiden ja viestien jälkeen, mikä tuntui oudolta, koska huoneistolle ei ollut varauksia seuraavalle päivälle. Myöskään matkatavaroita ei saanut lähtöpäivänä säilöön, koska lokerot olivat täynnä. Lisäksi huoneiston neliömääränä lukee Hotels.comissa 104 neliötä, mutta Numan mukaan se on 79 neliötä, millä ei sinänsä ollut meille väliä, mutta on hieman erikoista.

No on site help - pray you have no problems. I bet this place is fine if you have no issues. Otherwise, there are no employees on site, and customer service is routed through another country where it is clear representative has never even been to the hotel. Upon checkin, there are zero instructions in the accommodations. Not for WiFi, washer/dryer, or other amenities. Rather, the only instructions remind you not to use the included kitchenette because if the fire department is called it’s a $2500 fine. And a sign in the lobby indicating complaint forms are available upon request. There was a long hair in the bathroom because it wasn’t clean, there were cobwebs and flies in the accommodation, the shower head didn’t work, and a lamp was broken. And the phone number provided to contact didn’t work. So, I contacted via the ********** app to let them know. The hotel then entered my room the following day while I was gone without notice or consent. Their muddy shoe prints were then all over the bathroom, foot towels, and showers, but they didn’t actually fix anything or clean up after themselves. Entering your room is in violation of the written terms and conditions on the hotel’s website that you agree to before you go. They claim parking is nearby for $20 per night, but it’s not a 3 minute walk, it’s a 10 minute walk on cobble stone streets. And it is $25 per night, not $20. Customer service was not able to acknowledge their errors, let alone be accountable. Their customer service was horrible.

L’emplacement est idéal et l’hôtel est très beau mais le canapé lit est inconfortable et la piscine minuscule avec seulement 4 transats sans aucun parasol dommage
