酒店離火車站非常近，出站基本就可以看到酒店，租車也很方便，租車點就在火車站門口。房間不大，設施也不夠新，對於坐火車臨時住一天來說可以接受。酒店對麪就是超市和電器店，還有漢堡王，早飯建議可以在漢堡王旁邊的兩家當地的飯店吃，早上基本都是當地人在吃，很實惠

On the whole the hotel was very clean and staff (when encountered) were polite and courteous. As this was a family holiday there was a third bed put into the room although the room was not large enough to facilitate this extra bed - food for thought think about using a larger room to allow clients to feel comfortable without walking into corners of beds etc! The hotel was actually situated about 25 minute walk form the city centre although there was a tram and local bus/metro station within a 10 minute walk.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, the rooms looked lovely and it was mostly quiet. The breakfast was awesome. There was a lot to choose from no matter if you are looking for pastries, cereal or fresh fruit. The location was also perfect to us. Everything was within walking distance but there was also the option of using the tram stations that's just opposite the street. You can use the tram station to reach popular destinations like the Plaza de Espana or the Cathedral easily and cheap. The hotel staff was also very friendly and helpful. They were always available for questions and helped us book taxis. Unfortunately our flight home got canceled. Even though there was a festival going on and hotel rooms were fully booked they showed concern for us and managed to make a room for the extended stay for us. We additionally received a bottle of water and some snacks for our extended stay. We appreciated the nice gesture. We would definitely stay again at this hotel and will choose another Barcelo hotel if they are available in another cities.

I stayed in the Hotel Virgen de los Reyes for one night while visiting for a football match taking place at the Estadio Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan. For this trip the hotel was perfect, I got a bus from the airport to the Santa Justa Train station which was about a five minute walk from the hotel. It was also literally a few minutes walking distance to the stadium which was ideal. The room itself was better than I expected for the price, everything was well maintained with TV, fridge and great air-conditioning, although the floor did seem a little dirty. I didn't see much of the hotels facilities as I literally popped in and out a few times, but the reception was welcoming and a nice place to be whilst waiting for the rain to clear. The hotel staff were very accommodating, even giving a umbrella when I was leave due to the torrential rain. For the price and location of the hotel, I doubt there is much better for what I needed. Will definitely consider if I return for another match.

先說缺點：1.四星酒店的硬件衹相當於國內的一般酒店，電梯吱咯作響；2. 早餐着實一般。 再說優點：1. 交通便利，門口就是地鐵站，對麪就是超市；2. 服務還好，中午退房給延了一個小時。

好吧,我是這麼要求的,我講述了我的經驗... 我選擇房間時錯了trip.com 因爲我想要雙人房,我選擇了個別房,我馬上就聯繫酒店,以便能找到解決方案,他們顯然告訴我我必須與我所在的頁面聯繫預訂。 我打電話給trip.com客戶,40米之後,等待收取一個電話文件,我再打電話給酒店要求一個解決方案,我從一開始就已經對此表示無法解決... 對不起,我有兩個9個月大的孩子,還有一個9歲大的孩子,我們在大牀上睡在一起,即使我要付給補給,也可以做補給嗎? 當然!!女孩告訴我,因爲如果他們抓住我的話,我會把40米的電話留在時間和口袋裏,然後取消(我想 ) 。 另外,還有20歐元的兩張相連的房間。 我們走進了非常清的,但卻是不可持續的熱量。 我們打電話告訴我他們會盡快上去看他。 謝謝!!我們在游泳池!!一個非常小但非常乾淨的游泳池裏,我們沒有能利用這些,因爲一切完整,游泳池裏不適合(我也來把我的孩子們熱了....) 我們上來,繼續做可怕的熱情,洗我的孩子睡着,我和我女兒一起做一些新鮮的,而且現在已經不能... 對不起,很抱歉打擾你,但這間房間裏你不能熱,接待員回答說我必須換一個。 我把所有睡着的嬰兒的子回去... 沒有道歉... 好的,非常感謝!! 這間房間比我女兒喜歡的還要小,沒有室,還有,牀比我還要小,他們讓我付了20歐元。 我們又把一切拿出來,決定在如此大的浪費時間之後再去游泳池,它仍然沒有子,但我們還是會盡力和孩子們的冷靜。 突然間,兩名女孩之間叫,不,發,這些女孩對大人小孩和我們當時所遇到的所有人都感到,憤怒和毒性都令人。 我終於回到房間,如果空氣冷卻的話。
