Easy access on the main road, nothing scary or treacherous to drive up, despite feeling secluded and serene in a quaint nature setting. There are six steps as you go up the front porch, which offers a porch swing, a wonderful place to sit and listen to the birds singing in the mountains. We've set up a convenient electronic keypad on the front door, so there's no need to worry about carrying keys or coordinating check-ins. We do have security cameras located throughout the property, should you come across one, we ask that you do not touch it so that it can remain operational and do its job at helping ensure safety. ★★ GENERAL RULES ★★ There is a $250 Pet Fee for up to (2) pets (cats or dogs under 70 lbs) • Only the guests listed on your reservation are permitted • Large gatherings or events exceeding occupancy must be pre-approved and may incur additional fees • Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM • No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the cabin. If any smoke odor is detected, a $2,000 fine will be charged for smoke remediation. ★★ MID-STAY CLEANING ★★ • We offer mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee upon request and subject to availability ★★ HOT TUB GUIDELINES ★★ • Replace the cover after use to maintain cleanliness • Rinse off before entering to keep the filtration system functioning optimally ★★ TRASH & WILDLIFE SAFETY ★★ • Please dispose of trash in tied bags inside bear-proof cans and ensure the doors are shut • Please limit your trash to 6 bags • Do not leave food in cars to avoid attracting bears ★★ BOOKING DETAILS ★★ • Changes to reservations are not accepted after 48 hours of booking • Guests must be 25+ years old to book • Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond our control, including inclement weather, health-related issues, or other unforeseen/extenuating circumstances. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance. ★★ IMPORTANT NOTES ★★ • Our cabin has a spiral staircase • There are enough dining room chairs for 6 guests comfortably, with a max of 10 — there are also 3 seats available at the counter • Our cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters.
