Gorgeous place Loved our stay! We had tickets to Soaky Mountain and location is why we chose to stay here. I made a mistake and selected the wrong amount of days initially but they were so quick getting back to me and had it corrected immediately.

Great rate, great location, nice place. I would definitely book here again. We had 8 people (3 adults and 5 kids) and there was plenty of room for everyone.

Does not sleep 8 This could have been a great stay. They advertised the beds along with a futon. Our first evening we noticed there was no futon in the guest room. In it's place was a very small sectional. Not meant for sleeping on. I messaged the manager the following day and he told me that there was an air mattress in the master bedroom closet. We didn't return until late that evening only to find there was not an air mattress. I spoke with the manager the following day. He said that the house keeper would bring an air mattress over. We returned late again to find a wadded up air mattress on the floor. Not a huge deal but then we opened it up to find one dirty sock, a dirty shirt, a game controller and lots of just nastiness inside. I messaged the manager again and he informed me that the mattress that they ordered from Amazon has not been delivered yet but if I wanted to I could go buy an air mattress and they would reimburse me. I'm a very laid back person but this was not ideal business management for sure.

Great location & super clean We really enjoyed our weekend stay here! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was very convenient to the Sevierville Convention Center where our daughter had a volleyball tournament. We didn’t cook there or use the hot tub, so I can’t comment on that part. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Hidden Gem! This cabin was perfect. The property was everything we needed and so clean! There was enough space for our family of five and my son especially loved the arcade games. We will absolutely stay here again!
