The staff at the hotel were friendly, the location was great, and cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic. Shuttle service is very convenient also.

We had a wonderful stay at LaQuinta. The staff was friendly and greeted us every time we entered and left. They quickly assisted us when we had a need. The breakfast was hot & fresh. I also liked that it was nestled away in its own area and quiet. I would stay at this property again.

I would definitely NOT recommend this property. It was very poorly maintained, it's dirty, and the hallways smell terrible. Beyond this, the bed in my room was the worst bed I've ever encountered at a hotel -- it was badly sunken in on one side, making it very difficult to sleep on. Another problem is about the airport shuttle service. The pickup from the airport is fine (as long as you call them), but the shuttle back to the airport is a problem. Even after booking a ride the night before, the shuttle didn't show up and I ended up needing to get an Uber to the airport. Additionally, the staff is pretty rude. When I wanted to check in, the woman at the front desk did not look up until it was evident that I wasn't going to go away.

Staff where friendly when you can get a hold of them. My Room didn't have the liquid soap in the shower. I tried checking out at 4am no one was at the front desk nor they had a drop box. I waited 30 minutes and still no one showed up. I just left it in the counter with a note. Otherwise my stay was fine.

The property was great. Closeness to BWI was the main reason I chose to stay here. The only problem that I have with this hotel is the inattentiveness of the hotel staff. The occupants in the room next to mine were loud and obnoxious late into the night. I called down to the Front Desk twice, once at 9:45pm and the second around 10:30pm and asked that they call the room next to mine or pay them a visit and ask to keep the noise down. Hotel staff apparently did nothing as the noise continued well past 11:30pm when I finally took matters into my own hands, opened the conjoining room door and screamed at them to Shutup.

The La Quinta Inn near BWI is a convenient and lower cost option when flying in or out of Baltimore. The hotel was in good condition and clean. There was an airport shuttle every 30 minutes. The things I didn't like - the bed and pillows were not at all comfortable and the toilet was so low to the ground that I felt like I was in a bathroom meant for kindergarteners. All around ok experience for one night.

The front desk staff was amazing, they went above and beyond to assist us when needed. A few things we had an issue with was the tv remote not working in the first room but we were happy to be moved to another room. Thst room however had a terrible smell that would not go away, it may be the toilet/ shower drain but had a terrible smell that reminded of a soiled diaper. I forgot her name but the young lady who was upfront overnight was so Kind and attentive to our needs. She is by far the best I’ve come across while traveling! Thank you to her for taking such great care of us and addressing those issues the best that she could.
