Unfortunately there are no Quality Hotels in Dhangadhi. Friends told us 'Hotel Devotee' was 'OK' (between 2*-3*) but we will never stay here again. Hotel was dirty and bathroom not cleaned--water spots and soap scum. The A/C worked at least --Thank God. Hope some better Hotels will come here soon.

Pathetic hotel. Parking is always full. No hot water. Walls wearing off. Worn out linens. Never staying here. Dhangadhi needs a new hotel Suggest you to provide accurate information and not try to mislead your guests. Just the lady at the restaurant was very courteous and helpful

The hotel has good ambience but over all the service and manager approach towards the customer service was pathetic.Marriage function was organized at hotel cosidering the good reputation of the hotel but the staff approach was big let down. They didn't bother to do basic arrangement of water or bare minimum decoration. Suggestion to the staff n the management being in service industry the basic principle u guys need to get right is treat people with respect n stop profiling the customers.

I stayed here for 2 nights, it is an average hotel, but still one of the best in this location - Dhangadi. It needs lot of rennovation, new technologies - room keys, bathrooms, reading tables, beds, etc. all needs some changes - to meet the rate of a four star hotel.

Probably the worst hotel you will find in the far western nepal. Worst service pathetic staffs disgusting food location and all other amenities. I strongly recommend to stay away from this place. Nightmare is a word you will use if you choose to stay here.
