very nice and classic hotel. The metro so just 10 minutes walking and 2 minutes reaching the mall where you can have different choice of food, Italian and America, but no Chinese lol

整體還可以，很安靜。酒店下面就是商場。很方便。到市中心啥的也都很方便。很贊👍🏻

這個地方肯定有它的利與弊,這取決於你願意付出什麼樣的代價。看看其他的評論,我覺得我不介意,因爲我通常不太挑剔,但總的來說,我覺得不舒服,不想呆得太久:專業的-好便宜-雖然離得遠,酒店外的公共交通超級方便,只有2歐元才能進入米蘭,最多隻需30分鐘-接待處的那個人很可愛,很有幫助-房間很大,而且很陳舊,如果你習慣預算的話,沒有什麼可以大喊大叫的旅行時,他們不會髒或散落 - 不錯的大淋浴室 - 快速,免費 Wi-Fi,拖鞋和毛巾 Cons - 我們有時覺得這個地區有點嚇人(儘管我們最初是晚上到達的)有些是關於周圍地區的人物/幫派,而且似乎也在酒店。這是一個破舊的地方,我們在那裏感覺不太舒服--牆壁--我從來沒有聽說過有這麼好的東西--說實話,它的聲音如此大,我能夠聽到所有的一切。嬰兒哭鬧,門關着,人們在說話/叫喊,演奏音樂,着門廊--不斷的,直到深夜,才把我們吵醒。這一切又增添了不安的感覺,因爲看起來你好像不是一個人,我無法在房間裏放鬆,只想離開。-我們當時在一間外屋,通常不會出問題,但感覺暴露無遺,這只會增加我們的感覺,儘管我們有很多的積極因素,但我們不能忽略這些消極因素,我確實不推薦,不管價格如何。

I'm not going to lie, the mattress and washing machine were terrible.... I flew back with a bag full of wet clothes and back pain. But I would do it again in a heartbeat! The staff is great. Literally all of them. It is clearly neglected by the owner but the staff do their best (maybe even too much) to keep it rolling. Purely for their friendliness I would go back! Also, great place and felt save to me. A bit expensive but better than other options in this city.

我在2024年4月28號入住這家飯店,在飯店的門口迎賓大廳前,被一群至少三個以上的歹徒搶劫了，我查看飯店之前的評價，發現有人在幾個月前跟我一樣在同樣的地點被偷了由於飯店的態度非常的消極，造成歹徒越來越猖狂，竟敢在早上九點酒店人員多的時候，對我的家庭進行搶劫，我覺得飯店的安全措施非常的失敗，希望大家在入住前要多加的考慮，也希望飯店能夠藉此對飯店的安全措施加以改善，不要再讓下一個客人遭遇到像我一樣的傷痛，這是一個非常痛苦的經驗，被搶的過程一直在我的腦海裡面，在我的家人的心裡揮之不去，造成我們不管在財產或心理上很重大的損失，我覺得飯店應該為此負起應有的賠償責任，也希望藉此讓飯店有更大的警惕，不要再讓下一個客人遭殃。

Che dire l hotel è favoloso, pulizia al top, le camere e il bagno sono spaziosi i cuscini morbidi e il letto comodissimo. Nonostante l aria condizionata in camera c era un piumino nel letto che ti coccolava proprio. La colazione abbastanza ricca e i ragazzi gentilissimi. Consigliatissimo❤️

The hotel staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. They did omit to notify us about the early breakfast they offer upon check-in, so make sure you ask about this if you have an early flight. They do also let you take drinks from the bar up to your room. Location and Travel Be aware of how far away the hotel is from Milan. From Duomo, you'll need to get on the red line (M1) towards RHO and get off at Lampugnano. The last bus from Lampugnano leaves at 20:00 back to Lainate. You will then need to get the 617 bus which drops you off outside Lidl and Maccies near the hotel. This is obviously not ideal if you want to spend the evening in Milan. We arrived during a national taxi strike which made the trip much more stressful. While this is not the hotel's fault, a heads up from the hotel would have been nice about traveling to and from Milan central. We were stranded in Milan on the first day, we called the hotel and they told us to try and get an Uber. The uber was 144 euros which we reluctantly paid. The car never showed up so we called back the hotel and they stopped answering our phone calls. Once we finally arrived at the hotel, feeling confident we knew the route to and from the hotel, we double-checked with the hotel, and unfortunately, we were not made aware of when the last bus is. On our second day, we were stranded in Milan again. Luckily we met two other people at the last subway station who had also done the Wowcher holiday and they managed to get in touch with the hotel to arrange a private taxi back to the hotel. As there was a strike going on at the time, the fare was 55 euros from Rho subway station to the hotel, which is roughly a 10/15 minute drive. Again this is not the hotel's fault but it is something to be aware of. Another thing to be aware of when using the subway is that the tickets are only valid for 90 minutes, and there are plain-clothed officers waiting in the subway stations to catch people out. So make sure you always have a ticket with enough time left on it to get all the way back to the hotel. Breakfast We were allocated this Hotel from Wowcher, and we were told to pay £40 for the bed and breakfast, which was fine until we realised we couldn't get breakfast on the 2nd day as we had to leave the hotel at 4 am. Essentially meaning we paid £40 for one breakfast between the two of us. We have had no joy in getting a refund for the second day's breakfast from the hotel which is the primary reason for leaving a review. The hotel in my opinion is perfect for people who do not want to spend evenings in Milan or who have a car. If neither of these applies to you, I would highly recommend looking for a hotel closer to the center of Milan.
