酒店孤立,有陽台的房間,遠處有海景,早餐好,基本,員工不,總是儘量幫忙。房間的唯一問題是,如果你不能用光睡覺,那麼你就不能呆在酒店,除非你早晨17點再也不能住,房間的“黑暗”完全是無效的,或者是在這個酒店,你得早早睡覺醒來。但我喜歡,我會回來的,游泳池只會在幾個月內運行,因爲葡萄牙已經有更多的月了陽光和熱。

公寓很有趣,很寬,裝備很好,但是已經注意到了一些維修不足,停車方便也很積極,支援是從酒店接待處做的,但幾乎沒有。每次我試圖打電話給接待處,沒有人接待,接待處裏的人員不足也讓出入住有點拖延,不過工作人員還是很心,大樓的游泳池和室都沒有運行。一個重要的筆記,特洛伊沒有太多的基礎設施,唯一可用的超市,在公寓下面,很貴,沒有什麼東西。

Estava tudo impecável. Encontramos tudo limpo e arrumado. A única situação a apontar foi no pequeno almoço, achei que poderia haver mais variedade, apenas tinha o básico. Por exemplo, fruta lâminada, ovos mexidos, frutos secos, variedade de queijos e compotas caseiras. Mas no geral gostei muito de ter ficado alojada neste hotel.

Beautiful beach hotel. This far exceeded our expectations- the room was spacious and clean and the balcony had gorgeous views of the beach. We enjoyed the infinity pool and were very pleasantly surprised by the breakfast ( featuring a terrace , complimentary sparkling wine and a pancake machine). Ideally located to explore the gorgeous town of sesimbra and the beach. We will definitely be staying again!

Adorei o quarto, pequeno mas bastante cómodo. Melhor cama onde já dormi num hotel. Wc muito moderna e prática. Estacionamento fácil. Localização fácil de encontrar.

I spent a weekend at Sana with my girlfriend. We didn’t have a good experience. 1) the breakfast is very limited for a 4 star hotel that charges 100+ a night. Aside from standard eggs, mushrooms and cheese, there are very limited options. Also, they bring very limited quantities and hence people almost have to fight over food. 2) the staff is not helpful. For instance, we book 2 nights in different rooms and given that we arrived late we asked to go to the second room directly. They said it was not available. It happened that the first room they gave us didn’t have a working aircon and after this, the second room miraculously became available. 3) hotel charges you $12 per night. Mind blowing. If you park in front of the hotel on the street by the ocean, and you don’t pay the fee and get a fine, it amounts to $8. Ridiculous. Very poor experience and won’t go back for sure.

Location is wonderful, and so is the whole building and surroundings. But comparing price/quality there is really something missing. We spent 3 nights in weekend High season, but there was no management at all.We had to wait more than 3 hours before we could have our room, although we send a mail to ask for an earlier check in than 16.00. Not possible, we have to waited till 16.15 . We have been in many 5 stars places all over the world, but never had this situation. Thanks to Mr Joao de Sousa we we're calm down. He treated and helped us later with everything, and that made our stay good. Our superior terras room was located perfect, clean and cool, but the decoration is for that price some dated. The bathroom very small and not really comfortable. In the adults pool only three umbrellas, to protect all the guests from the sun. sunbeds we're not very clean, and the pool towels, is really not done, in a 5 star Hotel member of the Leading hotels of the world. The quality of the breakfast was 3 stars, only 2 sorts of unripe fruit, and no fresh bread at all. We have had diner several times, at the fantastic Terras outside, but please put mores covering to protect people for the extreme sunburning. quality of the food was good, specially my fish was perfect prepared, and again I say, the very kind service of Mr Joao, David, and several other members of the restaurant was really touching. They did their job more than fantastic. So overall, the place has so many strong assets, location, building, history, surroundings, but some for us important details we're missing, and the feeling that there was no management to talk with, but the location is Portugal on it's best! We had a garden facing room which was really nice to sit on the balcony in the afternoon, the hotel was quite so May not suit every one. The hotel offered a shuttle bus to the beach and golf courses which were near by, the stand out of the hotel are without doubt is the breakfast, which was excellent, some work does need to be taken on the coffee machines as they simply cannot cope with the number of guests
