米拉馬雷海Spa度假飯店

Nicht empfehlenswert!! Leider viel schlechter, als vor einigen Jahren. Die schlechten Bewertungen stimmen leider. Auch wir wurden am 1. Tag in ein Minizimmer gesteckt, wo weder Telefon, noch Safe funktionierten, obwohl wir ein Deluxe-Zimmer 6 Monate vorher gebucht hatten. Die Kabel schauten aus einem Loch raus und in der Dusche waren die Kacheln stark beschädigt. Zwei Pärchen im Schwesterhotel Apollon ist das gleiche passiert, auch sie mussten einige Tage in einem kleinen Zimmer ausharren. Das ist hier Strategie. Wenn Italiener kurzfristig buchen, werden diese bevorzugt und bekommen die besseren Zimmer. Erst danach dürfen wir anderen unsere gebuchte Katerogie beziehen. Aber es kommt noch besser. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, da das Essen, damals bei unserem 1. Besuch hervorragend war. Mein Mann hatte eine Muschelvergiftung und musste sich, kurz nach dem Verzehr dieser übergeben. 4 Std. hatte er heftige Übelkeit und übergab sich mehrmals. Ohne Empathie des Management wurde alles bestritten. Aber das war nicht alles. Er bekam einmal einen Thunfisch der 3 x gestorben ist, ein Rindfleisch-Tornedo aus zähem Rindfleisch, kalten Mozarella in einer Teigtasche und Sardinen mit Micro-Shrimps als Fisch des Tages auf rohen ungekochten Spaghetti serviert. Ich als Vegetarierin war besonders arm und bekam täglich den "Frass" des Tages. Mein Mann sagte: "Das schmeckt wie Gefängnisessen". Die Desserts waren allerdings sehr gut. Wir haben aber extra bei der Buchung angefragt, ob es ein Problem ist, dass ich Vegetarierin bin. Wie man so schlecht kochen kann, ist mir ein Rätsel. Auch die besseren Zimmer sind nur in einem 3-Sterne Niveau ausgestattet, das Frühstück war ok und das Personal freundlich. Das Haus zehrt von seinem früheren Ruf und der guten Lage. Wir waren vor einigen Jahren hier und waren damals begeistert. Diesmal waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Im besseren Zimmer war unsere Terrasse so schlampig gestrichen, dass die schönen blauen Kacheln überall mit weißer Farbe bekleckert waren. Die Aphrodite-Apollon-Therme liegt sehr schön, ist allerdings nicht sehr gepflegt. Die Duschen funktionieren nicht mehr, in den Becken sind Kacheln abgeplatzt und in den Umkleidekabinen sind die Kleiderhaken fast vollständig zerbrochen. Das Haus ist schlecht geführt, das spürt man überall. Wir haben mit Einheimischen darüber gesprochen und wir haben festgestellt, dass sich das bereits herumgesprochen hat. Nicht nur wir, waren dieser Meinung.

Molto molto carino La ragazza che ci ha accolti e stata semplicemente deliziosa Panorama emozionante ! In qualsiasi momento della giornata guardi fuori, osservi l’acqua del mare e vedi i pesciolini ! Abbiamo fatto una splendida colazione ! Tutto Super!

Per il secondo anno io & il mio compagno siamo ritornati con grande piacere all’Apollon Club Resort di Ischia: una struttura eccezionale, perfetta per chi cerca una vacanza all'insegna del relax e del benessere, con una vista mozzafiato sul mare. Le camere sono ampie, confortevoli e ben arredate, con un tocco elegante e moderno. Ogni dettaglio è curato per garantire il massimo comfort agli ospiti, e molte delle stanze offrono splendidi panorami sul mare. Il fiore all'occhiello del resort è la sua offerta benessere grazie alle varie piscine termali, luogo perfetto per rigenerarsi. Il personale è cortese, professionale e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Franca, la ragazza del bar, per la sua professionalità, disponibilità e gentilezza. La sua simpatia e i suoi ottimi consigli hanno reso la nostra permanenza e le nostre pause al bar, momenti di puro piacere. In conclusione, il Miramare Apollon Club Resort è il luogo ideale per chi desidera staccare dalla routine e immergersi in un’oasi di tranquillità e bellezza naturale, con i comfort e la qualità in un ambiente da sogno.

Al direttore ed a tutto il suo pregiatissimo staff. Carissimi,quante coccole abbiamo ricevuto e con quanto garbo!... Che dirvi!... " un percorso tra le stelle" una terrazza meravigliosa. Vi segnaliamo la nostra soddisfazione per la clientela d' elite, la completezza dei servizi offerti con un rapporto qualita' prezzo ottimo!... un' accoglienza perfetta e senza alcuna sbavatura! Ci dispiace lasciare questo paradiso, nessun posto di Ischia e' come questo!.. Complimenti per la cucina eccellente " il cibo degli Dei!".... Mariapia Castellano e famiglia Colloridi.

Soggiorno impeccabile per location, servizi e personale veramente superiori alla media per una struttura di questo livello. Impagabile la piattaforma sul mare, soprattutto a fine giornata per un relax senza paragoni.

This hotel is 3* not even near 5*. Not even sure, under which qualifications were 5* obtained (I am professional hotelier working for proper 5* hotel and I know, what a hotel must provide for 5*). Let me start with a good thing: view from the room is really nice. That is it! Upon arrival, no bellman no doorman to help. After carrying the luggage from taxi drop off (5 minutes walk, as hotel is in pedestrian area) there are some small doors to the terrace of the hotel, that were closed. When you opened it and enter, receptionist then comes to greet you. You walked in heat to get to hotel, because there is no other means to get to hotel, no towel or welcome drink provided to refresh a bit. Already two fails. We did check in, receptionist escorted us to the room. Showed breakfast area and elevator and terrace, when we got to the room, no information about wifi, just mentioned: If you need anything press (number) on phone. She mentioned luggage will be delivered. After 30 minutes waiting (standard for luggage to be delivered for 5* hotels is worldwide 20 minutes) I went to lobby, saw that suitcases were still there and I carried them by myself. Again, two fails. Breakfast starts at 7:30 AM. Because of the time difference and remote work, me and my wife came to sit on the terrace at 7 AM. At 7:45 AM we finally went to grab some breakfast, when on display it was only bread, jam, pastries, water. Eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese, were ready only at 8:05 AM. Ordered Iced Latte and Ice Americano, got two boiling hot filtered coffees with hot milk on the side. Table cloths are not pinned to table, so with a little wind, table cloth covers entire meal. Not hygienic and definitely not inviting. Clearance from the table non existing. We were actually pilling up some bowls and plates until eventually we removed them by ourselves. Terrace doors are kept open with two chairs from the nearby table to prevent from closing - see picture (when wind blew and close one of the doors, it hit one of the servers who was bringing us coffee and spilled this boiling hot coffee on his sleeve. And his reaction proved it was boiling hot, luckily guy was later seen fine). 5 fails for breakfast and definitely not worthy in 3* hotel. Room is small, no coffee machine or kettle in the room AT ALL!! With compliments only 2 small (250ml) bottles were given: 1 still and 1 sparkling water. Light at the entrance switches off automatically after some time entering the room. No one explained this! 3 fails from the room. Bathrobe had brown stains on it, definitely not hygienic - see attached also. Room service brought burned toast - see picture with extra order, that I did not even ordered and they wanted to charge for it. Employee brought the order and when I said, that I did not order second dish, he simply pushed me the pen and receipt and asked me to sign anyway.
