I highly recommend the Donna Hotel and its wonderful Team. We had a great stay and come every year many times. The Housekeeping did a great job! Michael brought us every day a wonderful breakfast with its best view at the sea. Peppy from the reception is always reachable and more than friendly. Nina supported us with every need we had and Cosmin gave us a perfect overview over all you activities and opportunities .. we had a fantastic time. For us it is already a home away from home we miss always when we leave. Thank you for the ride to the airport with Danny. Thank you for the great organisation Cosmin!

我住在這兒5天，工作人員也太可愛了吧，超級友好，特別是索非亞還有餐廳一個金髮的妹紙，東西也很好吃，全部5星，推薦推薦。而且超級乾淨整潔I live in room 351 for 5 nights there, everything is perfect, very clean, and the staffs are very friendly, especially with Sofia, she is really friendly and helpful, my kid spend his 4 year's birthday there, we got an champagne and a fresh cake for free , we have a very lovely evening , The pool is lovely , very clean , and always have enough beach to rent and no extra fees, bar drinks are good price, and the beach is perfect, can rent the board easily All good

Our last night here and we will be sad to leave. Our room was one of a couple that don't have a balcony as it was fully booked. However this did not spoil our stay as we spent most of the time by the pool. Room was spotless and cleaned every day if we wanted it to be. The choices at breakfast and dinner have been really good. Fran the restaurant head waiter is so friendly and helpful. The receptionist was so helpful when we booked in but we have to mention the barman, (Mouris not sure of the spelling) he is such a lovely helpful person. The hotel is postioned on a slight hill but only a 2-3 min walk to the bars, restaurants and beach. This hotel is definitely worth a visit.

After finally tiring of the all inclusive hustle and bustle dining experience we decided that we wanted the exact opposite. We were definitely not left disappointed, the dining was an absolute romantic delight. The food was incredible if you like top quality local cuisine, not for the burger and chips brigade. We stayed for two weeks and didn't eat anywhere else. The view from our rooms were fantastic, after four days ww decided to see if we could upgrade to one of the suites. One came available for the next day and we took it. The spa was a welcome treat however we would have liked the pool to be a little warmer. If you are looking for peace and quiet in a fantastic mountain setting this place can not be beaten, the staff were all incredible, made you feel like family tbh. The cycle garage was well appointed with tools etc and very convenient , a point of note however the terrain is the most challenging on the Island more so than Sa Calobra etc. Definitely my favourite and the traffic is light. We most definitely will be back as it's head and shoulders above all the hotels that we have stopped in Mallorca.

是個度假村樣的酒店式公寓，設施很新很完善，淡季六百不到的價格也非常超值（不含早），位置少許偏一點，但整個港口小走到中心也就十分鐘。唯一不方便是wifi必須要安裝它家的app才能才行否則衹能用半小時。

是索利爾和馬略卡島上最棒的酒店，從山崖上可以看到一望無際的蔚藍的海和天空。在頂層六房無際露天游泳照像，在三四層spa桑拿和泡泡浴，體驗感超讚。海景山景房view都很令人心曠神怡。早餐豐富可以和愛的人一起來杯香檳和定製早餐開啟歡愉的一天！建設六月至九月出行多呆二天享受風景和悠閑☺️

Absolutely loved this hotel. One of our most favourite places we’ve stayed. The small hotel is an old bishops residence and has been tastefully renovated and had a lovely feel about it. We had a ground floor room which we liked as the patio doors opened out to the pool area. Our room had tv with English channels and a free safety deposit box and a small fridge . The staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was a good choice , didn’t dine here for lunch or dinner so can’t comment on those. The pool and garden area is what makes this hotel special though. So relaxing and never an issue getting a sun lounger. The pool was clean and the gardens well maintained . Will definitely return.

We used the pool, the spa and even played tennis. It’s an excellent option if you’re looking to get away from the buzz of Palma and have a relaxing stay in Mallorca.
The staff were very friendly and always helpful with questions. Would definitely recommend anybody looking for a stay outside of Palma.

What can I say that most people haven't said already. Beautiful hotel - reminded me of a Spanish hacienda with all its dark wood and creamy paintwork. We spent 2 wonderful weeks here , just getting up for breakfast and heading straight down to the beach. Breakfast was continental but always had hot options as well. Fruit juices in jugs that you helped yourself too and a few hot drinks machines, The coffee was gorgeous. We stayed half board - evening meals were waiter service - a starter , mains and sweet. These were just lovely. The chef needs a recommendation for presentation and taste. The rooms were big enough for the two of us as we didn't spend a lot of time in them only for sleeping. Mattresses were on the hard side but soon got used to them and really felt brilliant after a nights sleep. Loved this hotel so much that within 2 days of returning home have already booked for next year.

The location of the hotel is fabulous, right in the centre of the port, and the price of the hotel reflects this rather than the hotel itself. The standard rooms looked quite small on the website, so we upgraded to a premium sea view room which has an additional space for a seating area with a sofa bed. We booked as a couple, although were given a room where the sofa bed was made up into a third bed. The shared spaces in the hotel are well presented, and feel at odds to the bedrooms. There is a lovely lounge area looking over the port at the front of the hotel, and the downstairs bar and rooftop bar are decorated beautifully and very clean. But the decoration in our bedroom was very basic and in need of a refresh, especially the bathroom which had a build up of dirt and limescale around the fixtures and fixings, and peeling paint. When the rooms were ‘made up’, the beds were often not fully made. We were also disappointed that we had to pay a deposit for the use of an iron, and were then given a very small and useless tabletop ironing board. At over £300 a night, I would not expect to have to pay for an iron. The pool area is lovely, although even at an off peak time it was hard to find a sunbed. Most beds were reserved with towels for hours at a time before the guest actually arrived to use them. This was disappointing given we were provided with a list of hotel rules at the beginning of our stay, with one rule emphasised that sunbeds were not to be reserved. The thing that let the hotel down the most was the staff, who were very unapproachable and unfriendly, and at times quite rude. I used the rooftop bar on one occasion, where I was asked for payment before the bartender made the drinks I ordered. I was the given one drink short. The bar was busy (although not full by any means), and the bartender was juggling lots of different orders and customers, so I understand that mistakes can happen. When I checked on the missing drink (cocktail) she let me know it was on its way, however after about 15 minutes of me checking on the drink, the bartender informed me that she had already given me the drink earlier, which was not the case. I really do understand that mistakes happen and even more so when she was run off her feet, but the disappointing thing was that the bartender was very rude to me and refused to make the drink. She then refused to serve me again for a second round of drinks. It was very disappointing service and made me not want to return to the bar throughout the rest of my stay, despite it being a lovely location and view. On the day of check out we had a late flight, and the day prior to this I saw there were lots of availability of the rooms online still, so enquired about a late check out. I was informed I would have to pay for this, which I was very happy to do, but that they could not confirm until the morning of check out in case the rooms were booked by last minute travellers. Simple one bedroom apar**ent which was clean and comfortable and had just about everything needed for a 1 week stay in March. 2 ring hob, microwave, kettle and coffee machine in kitchenette. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils but no mugs for English tea ;-) Two single beds pulled together as double with extra linen in cupboards in case you got cold. Really clean and serviced once during our stay. Checked in by Albert who arrived quickly after ringing the number on the door (make sure you have a mobile that can make European calls). Parking easy at front or down steep slope at back. Lots of restaurants closed in early March so a bit of hunting around for dining options. Good local supermarkets (Eroski) for supplies and a really good base to go off and explore a really beautiful island. Would recommend if you want a basic, self catering good clean base.
