A budget hotel with cleanliness at a standard level. The room is fairly comfortable, and the bathroom is surprisingly spacious compared to most budget hotels. However, facilities are limited as there is no elevator, which might not be convenient for elderly guests or those with large luggage. Overall, it’s suitable for a short and budget-friendly stay.

Bilik ok.. kawasan pun ok dekat dengan kedai makan. Black out je pagi last tu. Sekali tak boleh nak on dah. Apa pun just tempat tidur je sebab ada tugas di seri islandar.

Location hotel near to : 1. Eatery 30 sec walk 2. Self service dobi 30 sec walk 3. Lotus Supermarket 1 min walk 4. UiTM Seri Iskandar 5 min drive 5. UTP 5 min drive Frontdesk helpful and friendly Housekeeping replace toileteries everytime u hang the "please clean up" Everything just in place. Recommended!!!

小城市的酒店，類似國內的賓館類型吧。無早餐。無窗户。但在小地方，是最高價格的了。周邊購物吃飯還行。邊上就是kfc和lotus超市。

Already stated tak mau corner room still get it. Not understand. But 2pm-12pm really a good policy.

The room is quite small & difficult to pray Need to pay the public parking Strategic location near to Lotus, tomyam's shop & self service laundary.

Overall ok and best. Semua ok, bagus, bersih, cantik, tenang

We are pleased with the hotel accommodations, as they are generally clean, tastefully furnished and well maintained. Our participants enjoyed the buffet meal very much. There is a wide variety to choose from and the quantity provided is always sufficient and timely replenished. Your chefs’ culinary skills are obvious judging from the positive feedback we received from the campers. The dining area is spacious, well lit and hygienic. Most importantly, we are delighted by the readiness and the responsiveness of your staffs. They are always willing to accommodate whatever request we put forward. Such positive service attitude is highly commendable.

So far all ok except the room is bit too small to perform prayer & no kettle for hot water. Location is so good & nearby shops to buy grocery, food & even laundry.

good but got noise hope can improve in the future. And near UTP good for those who want to visit the uni
