Had an amazing experience at this lodge. Mr Bill is amazing and the rest of the stuff too. It’s just perfect! Amazing views, pool,everything’s clean, food is great. Totally recommend

Séjour très sympathique quoique un peu long pour nous (2 jours). Peut être un manque de dialogue et d'avertissement pour prévenir du début des activités. Very pleasant stay, although a little long for us (2 days). Perhaps a lack of dialogue and warning of the start of activities.

Wir hatten zwei Nächte in der Simba Lodge, in einem Zimmer im Stone House mit riesiger Fensterfront zur Serengeti hin. In der kurzen Zeit konnten wir herrliche Morgenröte, einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang und ein Gewitter beobachten. Im Gegensatz zu den Hütten hatten wir keine Außendusche, sondern ein komplett innen liegendes Bad. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, besonders unser Kellner. Das Buffet war abwechslungsreich, bot auch ausreichend vegetarische Gerichte. Unser kulinarisches Highlight war das Lunchpaket, das wir auf die Safari am ersten Tag mitbekommen haben: Es war ein fantastisch schmeckende Gemüse-Schmortopf mit Reis. Das beste Essen im ganzen Urlaub! Wir wünschten, wir hätten nach dem Rezept gefragt! Die ganze Anlage liegt wunderschön auf einem Hügel, direkt unter unserem Zimmer konnten wir Büffel beobachten. Schon die Anfahrt führt durch unbewohntes Gebiet, in dem wir Zebras, verschiedene Antilopen, Hyänen und mehr sehen konnten. Den Pool konnten wir leider nicht benutzen, da es Ende August doch noch ziemlich frisch war. Außerdem regnete es abends beide Male, als wir ankamen. Was noch zu erwähnen wäre: Wenn es dunkel war, durften wir uns nicht allein auf dem Gelände bewegen, sondern wurden immer von mit Knüppeln bewaffnetem Sicherheitspersonal begleitet. Offenbar verlaufen sich immer wieder wilde Tiere in das Gelände. Wir haben allerdings keins gesehen! Wir haben die zwei Nächte hier jedenfalls genossen!

Well worth the rough ride to get there, this place was an absolute delight with great service, friendly staff, excellent food and beautiful location. The ‘sundowner experience’ was magnificent, with an infinity pool and panoramic views to die for, we would happily recommend Serengeti Simba Lodge to anyone planning a visit.

I love Tanzania and have stayed twice at the Serengeti Simba Lodge. Excellent Lodge, facilities and staff. Fantastic views across the Serengeti too. Bill, my guide, was brilliant, experienced, friendly, knowledgeable and a joy to spend time with finding all the wildlife you needed whilst on Safari. I hope to return again in the future.

Wir hatten zwei Nächte Safari Tour mit Ranger Bill gemacht und wir sind sehr begeistert gewesen. Bill hat sich viel Mühe gegeben und uns Zeit für Besichtigung der Tiere gelassen. Die Lodge war sehr schön afrikanisch eingerichtet, mit einem Ausblick auf die Serengeti! Super liebes Personal, zuvorkommend! Danke war toll.

The spacious design and thoughtful amenities made for a cozy retreat after long days of exploring. Exceptional Service The staff at Serengeti Simba Lodge were incredibly welcoming and attentive. From the moment I arrived, they ensured that my experience was seamless, offering personalized service that made me feel valued. Their knowledge about the local wildlife and culture added depth to my stay. Culinary Delights Dining at the lodge was a highlight. Meals were delicious, featuring a mix of local and international cuisine, served in a picturesque setting. The evening campfire dinners under the stars created a magical atmosphere, allowing guests to unwind while sharing stories of their safari adventures. Wildlife Encounters The lodge’s proximity to Tarangire National Park allowed for thrilling game drives where I encountered elephants, lions, and diverse bird species. Hotel construido en una colina a unos 20 minutos del Serengueti. Preciosas vistas desde arriba, ya en el camino al hotel te encuentras animales; yo vi ñus, cebras, elefantes y jirafas. Por la noche escuché el rugido de leones. Por ello no se puede salir de las habitaciones al anochecer, y si necesitas hacerlo te acompaña un vigilante armado Una puntualización es que no hay señal wifi en las habitaciones. La gente que trabaja allí es fantástica. El acceso mal señalizado y un tanto intrincado. Desde arriba las vistas son espectaculares.
