知道門鎖壞唔早啲準備畀客人 要客人搬上搬落有換房 以後請定事檢查設施 唔好畀客人 付錢買難受 一點好就係酒店附近方便飲食

服務效率不理想。衞生條件一般。要求更換毛巾等半小時都沒送到房間，還需自己去前台索取。

酒店位置比較方便，周邊環境不錯，購物方便。但房間不夠整潔，裏面有一些地方沒有注意細節，其他還好。

房間有味道，沒有拖鞋，價格也不便宜，位置不好，被套枕套看着發黴

************* all went well after spending my business trip in Putrajaya for the 4D3N. Overal from 10 i can give 8 stars. The receptionist was very helpful and informative, we can ask any and they will kindly help as they can. This hotel to IOI Mall is not too far, just walking distance around 0.4km one way

Nice stay, easy to the mall access and many shops around the hotel. suitable for business traveller and family trip. Nice.

我們的房間空調漏水。房間裡只提供一個小垃圾箱。毛巾也很髒。總體 6/10。

Worst hotel ive ever stayed! Please don't stay here, unless u dont have any other choice.. The Worst service and facilities. Not worth every single penny i paid. Apart from the location nearby eateries and IOI City Mall, theres nothing good about this hotel. I booked from trip a family room, i came with wife and 3 kids, but the staff said its fully booked, ended up they gave us 2 king size room (505 &. 506), no connecting door, so we had to split up. The room size is quite small. The room is not sound proof (as theres a gap over the wall, separating the next rooms). U can hear every single word the other occupants' conversation. The bed is too hard, the pillow is too thin, the towel is small and thin n non absorbable. The tv remote is broken, n they hv no replacement for that. Apparently, they have only one tv channel (some overseas news), when asked, the staff sd its under maintenance. The bathroom wall has a section with transparent glass, only covered by some cheap and light blind that keep moving. Imagine, having to use the bathroom with ur children inside the room. Parking nearby hotel is very limited, theres a free basement car park but u have to walk a bit. Overall very dissapointing. This is the first and the last visit for us..

可怕的經歷！幾個月前，我預訂了這家酒店並全額付款。然後告訴我我無法退款！什麼？這不是我的問題！然後有個女工作人員讓我住在她的房間！一開始我同意了，因為我累了！但我還是猶豫要不要入住..因為1.房間裡面有她的物品。 2.沒有淋浴水讓我洗澡3.我沒有安全感4.說實話我很可憐她…如果我睡在她的床上，她晚上能睡哪裡？然後我決定換飯店，把錢要回來！然後我又去了大廳，突然被另一個男工作人員告知，有一個房間剛剛打掃過……但是為什麼突然有一個房間還不告訴我真相呢？這是因為這幾天還有很多顧客面臨和我一樣的問題，看看誰能留在這裡的命運？

基本的房間，設施有限。前台不是特別友好，考慮到所提供的設施有限，價格似乎很高。

午夜12點後入住，接待員很友善地幫助我。 RM50現金作為押金，結帳時退還。我住了 2 晚。停車場可以停在地下室（最好是靠近地下室入口區，因為透過樓梯上去飯店更近），也可以停在飯店前面，但很多停車場都被預訂了。不要並排停車。房間很乾淨，有工作台。遺憾的是我房間提供的椅子已經壞了。提供的毛巾對於一個大個子來說有點小，而且毛巾上還有舊污漬。浴室裡沒有提供肥皂。第二天我甚至要求客房服務並加滿肥皂，但這兩項都沒有發生。對客房服務和設施感到非常失望。不過，位置很好，附近有 7-11 便利商店和一些餐廳和咖啡店，靠近 IOI 城市購物中心、沙登醫院和 UPM。總的來說，我睡得很好，在酒店休息得很好。

飯店很好，房間對於短期住宿來說很舒服，但是廁所有尿味，沒有好好清理，毛巾也很臭，枕頭很糟糕，應該更換它，但我喜歡自由流動的飲水機

很多事情需要改進。椅子壞了，蓮蓬頭壞了，冷氣也有問題。由於空調問題，我不得不換兩個房間。我唯一喜歡的就是位置，因為靠近購物中心和我的公司。
