Issues with getting clean towels in the evening. We had a long day and just wanted to shower and go to bed so we called the front desk for towels. Told they would run some up. Over 1 hour later and still no towels. Our daughters went to the desk to attempt to get some. They said they had to be delivered and would be up shortly. Repeated calls and no one would answer our calls. So, another trip to the front desk and insisted we got towels. Was told only 1 attendant was on duty and it would be a minute because they got behind. I let them know of the unsatisfactory service and our issues again. Shortly after, we FINALLY received towels. Apparently, they are understaffed and this poses potential issues. Otherwise, stay was satisfactory and served its purpose. Other than the fact that its a Convention Ctr and the "free" internet didn't work for me. I had to hot spot off my phone with a sketchy signal at best.

When I arrived to check in there was an armed guard with quite a bit of ammo in his vest at the door who was not friendly or helpful other than move on. Why do you need an armed guard at a hotel in the middle of no where? Is it unsafe? Should I be afraid? There was no close parking available to check in. There was no valet parking or help with luggage which is unusual for a "Hilton" hotel. Parking in the rear of the hotel felt unsafe but more convenient to my room location. The restaurant wasn't open for breakfast during the week so had to go elsewhere and only open for a $20 buffet on Sunday when I only wanted coffee and a piece of toast. The room it self was adequate and comfortable.

Our stay at the Hilton was fantastic, other than the fact that they do zero recycling. I was told that it was the counties fault and that the Hilton would definitely recycle if they could. Whoever is to blame, it’s unacceptable. Other than that, the staff was all friendly and helpful, the room and facilities were great, and we had no other issues.

Really good overall. My one criticism of the room design is that there is only one mirror (in the bathroom); makes it hard for two people to get ready at the same time.

Was in town to see mentor. Everyone was professional and kind. The place itself could use some extra clean (vents, pool (inside and outside) fitness center etc). Bathroom shower, water starts out a little brown before it gets clear. Takes a while to get hot. Fitness center bathrooms smell of urine-saunas don't work. Overall location was great, and everyone was kind and professional.

The hotel was excellent. However, there was not a king size room available even though that was what I had reserved. The front desk told me they would decrease the charge since I got queen rooms instead but that didn't happen. I was charged for king size rooms.

First let me say that when I arrived the individual that checked me in billed my credit card even though I had already paid for my room on *******, which meant I had less money to spend. When I tried to get the hold lifted off my card it took 24 hours for someone who actually knew what they were doing to fix it. I still haven’t gotten my money back into my account. Secondly I asked for my room to be cleaned and it wasn’t. The last straw happened when I asked for extra towels before going to the gym, only to come back and see them on the floor next to my door. How can you respectfully expect someone to use towels that were on the floor on their body? I couldn’t wait to leave.

I booked for 3 nights and stayed on the 4th floor. I left one night before and changed to another hotel because inside my sheets there was an insect and a COckroach Walking in the wall behind the TV. Carpet was also súper dirty! I am a Hilton member and i had Never been so disgusted in a hotel in my life! Dont book here!
