拉米爾哈馬爾德飯店(Logis Hotels Restaurant la Mere Hamard)

Choisi pour une étape affaires et sa situation, découvrir cet hôtel et son restaurant figure parmi les meilleures surprises que j'ai connues. Belles chambres, calmes et très fonctionnelles mais surtout : un restaurant d'une très grande qualité et originalité, félicitations au jeune chef et à l'équipe, tout simplement excellent, novateur et parfait pour un rapport qualité prix incomparable

L'accueil vraiment sympathique à toutes les étapes. L'hotel se situe dans un village à deux pas de Tours, juste en face du restaurant de la Mère Hamard. Nous regrettons d'ailleurs de ne pas avoir pris le diner au restaurant. Pas de point négatif à signaler.

We last visited La Mère Hamard 12 years ago, and it hasn't changed at all over those years. The location is in an exceptionally quiet village. The rooms are large and airy in an old grand building, with access to a large parking compound at one end and a lovely relaxing lawn and garden area at the other. The attached restaurant over the road offers a superb fine dining menu, again in an old gracious building. All in all, everything about this place is faultless.

Overnight stop on way to ferry so room on second floor was fine and private off road parking appreciated. Usual amenities with good water pressure and plentiful hot water. Dinner served in enclosed charming outdoor terrace area and beautifully cooked food although a plethora of bouche amusants offered in addition to three course menu which bordered on unnecessary. It seems that smoking on such a dining terrace is still normal in France as it is open to the air. Breakfast was good for pastries but somewhat lacking in fruit/ savoury offerings.

Nice hotel - friendly staff - good breakfast - fine restaurant with excellent food and service. We stayed two nights in a cosy room and had our meals both nights at the hotel restaurant - very recommendable.

A unique experience with fine dining and exceptional accommodation. Gourmet food with Lobster and langoustines and all. The accessories. The room was in another building, but it was large and comfortable.

We paid 125 euros for very average small room, it was very clean but jaded. We ate in the restaurant which was good. We think hotel relies on reputation of restaurant to justify room prices. Breakfast good 12 euros each.

Fantastic food and a lovely welcome in this family run Logis. Rooms very comfortable and individually decorated - enjoyed it so much that we booked to stay again on the return journey from the Dordogne.Also the dog was welcomed too.

We stopped overnight en route from Caen to Boardeaux, As with most logis it was an interesting family run hotel with pleasant accomodation and an excellent evening meal. Staff were very welcoming and friendly
