Room was on 2nd floor with no elevator service. No heat for the room except for a tiny space heater and the night we stayed was in low 20s. We were told renovations were being done however the tiny space heater did not suffice to keep the room warm. Bed and sheets were nice and clean however the bathroom was not. Instant coffee was in room, microwave and mini fridge alao available. Room was small but was very nostalgic.

Sat on the bed and the frame split apart, causing the mattress and bedsprings to fall onto the floor. Staff placed me into a new room due to this inconvenience and then the hand towel rod broke off into my hands in the new room. Staff graciously offered a $10 discount due to the inconvenience at this "vintage motel." Would likely not stay at this institution again.

Old raggedy rooms, one of my friends in another said there was a roach!! Rooms are run down and they just paint over everything trying hide rotted wood. 31 rooms but only parking for 16 cars

Be aware when considering this establishment: 1. You absolutely cannot check in at all early. We drove 23 hours in one shot with no sleep, and by the time we arrived in Seligman at around 8AM, we were completely exhausted, but no one was working there and the sign on the door made it seem that basically, no one ever does; it’s “contactless,” and so you cannot check in until 3PM, even if you drove all night to get there and arrived just a little too early. I thought about just sleeping in their parking lot, but I try to avoid being nasty until absolutely necessary, and that time has come because… 2. Their cancellation policy fails to account for any booking that takes place within 24 hours of your stay. I had only just booked mere HOURS before arriving, and due to a miscommunication within my family, I needed to cancel to avoid paying for three nights I DIDN’T NEED, as well as all the gas I had to spend driving over an hour to my family’s house and another hour back EACH DAY THAT I WAS THERE. But they refused to refund me, because they thought that I should have bent the laws of space time and booked more than 24-hours in advance so that I could cancel BEFORE 24-hours of my check-in time, which was PHYSICALLY AND TEMPORALLY IMPOSSIBLE DUE TO THE FACT THAT MY BOOKING WAS MADE ONLY A FEW HOURS BEFORE MY CHECK IN TIME. I blew a tire in the desert on my way home, likely due to the horrible road I had to traverse twice daily, and I could’ve used the money they took to get help.

Our room was changed due to unforseen circumstances. When we arrived, the given code didn't work. I called and the phone was answered right away and the issue solved. We were disappointed that this room didn't have nightstands, nor a little table like the other room, but we made it work. The mattress was a little bit firmer than my body likes, but it was fine. I prefer that than a saggy, ultrasoft mattress. We have stayed here several times and have always received excellent service. The staff I have interacted with have been friendly and helpful.

Loved our stay at this property! I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in staying in this area! The room was super cute and check-in/check-out was easy!

The motel is so cute and just what you would expect along Route 66. The room was clean and updated, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay at The Postcard.

Check in a little off because of computer service. Desk person very helpful getting us in the room. Clean and comfortable for a dated motel.

Clean enough but fell short in some areas. We set the heater (heat pump) for 75 and froze all night. There are gaps around the door and it was about 28 last night. Train noise is fairly constant. Also, water came out brown from the tub but not sure if that's common in this area. Convenient but probably wouldn't stay here again.
