The hotel is well designed with spacious rooms, particularly comfortable beds and a good bathroom. The decor is very attractive with some outstanding features. The pool is clean and well maintained We arrived on a Saturday afternoon. We paid extra to have a balcony which was pleasant to sit out on. But then the loud music with a deep beat started. While it was on it was very disturbing, disrupting concentration. We were told this was normal on Saturday and Sundays and it would go off at 7:30 p.m. The management did get the music turned down to some extent for us, which we appreciated. On Saturday the music actually went off before 7.30 as everybody had gone home. However, regrettably, on Sunday evening it was not turned off at 7.30 as we had been assured. Apparently someone was having a party and it continued until about 10 p.m. The dining room was not as well organized as we had hoped. The breakfast buffet was good but we ordered our evening meal ahead of time, as suggested by staff. We were told it would be ready by 7:00 p.m. We went down at 7 and it still took 25 minutes to appear. The following evening they offered to let us know when it was ready, but we had to ring to be told, oh yes the food is ready. In two rooms the latch to secure the balcony door was broken. The safe in our room didn't work as there were no batteries for the lock.

j'ai aimer beaucoup l'hotel, les personnels sont tres gentille aussi le menu riche et diversifier, un grand merci pour tout l'équipe qui travaille dans cette hotel et surtout Topista dans la reception. il y a le picine, la salle gyme,une grande jardin, la cuisine ouverte et propre, merci chef Brayan

The room was always cleaned on time The meals were really delicious The environment is very work friendly The staffs are poilet and friendly The swimming pool is actually really clean The gym is fully equipped Though i was on a business trip i didn't get enough time to use some of the amenities maybe next time .

The room was very organized and cleanee on time .though faced some mosquitoes hopefully it can be worked on. The services were really fine The staffs are really good and so caring The swimming was clean and it was fun The music makes you feel at home The ambiance is very work friendly

The rooms are nice though l think the additions below could make a difference: -shower should have a detachable head. - add a toilet brush and a she bin - have a shower mat by the shower not a towel -have bathrobes Staff are accommodating,helpful & polite. Overall enjoyed my stay. The room used for the training were spacious & well equipped.
