大道飯店

Albergo nuovissimo in una zona che è piena di cantieri e di fronte a un grosso centro commerciale. Gli spazi comuni e le camere (bagni compresi) sono puliti, spaziosi e luminosi. In particolare davvero godibili la piccola caffetteria nella hall e la piscina da cui si gode di una bella vista. Lo staff non è sempre presente (qualche minuto di attesa alla reception o alla caffetteria ci può comunque stare) e la colazione era varia ma di livello medio. Brutto l'esterno e il parcheggio su uno sterrato pieno di sporcizia ma immagino che in poco tempo (a cantieri chiusi) le cose miglioreranno. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ragionevole.

الفندق جداً جميل ورائع وسعدت أثناء الاقامة فيه، يتميز بالهدوء وموقعه بعيد عن الأزعاج، وسرعة تقديم الخدمه من قبل الموظفين كما أخص بالشكر للموظف المبادر والمتعاون أقبال كان جداً خدوم ويسعى لخدمة زبائن الفندق بطريقة جميله والتمست منه السعاده أثناء تأدية واجبه

Boulevard hotel Seeb Bell’hotel nuovo, camere e bagno grandi e puliti, personale gentile. Aria condizionata un po’ alta nella hall… Buona posizione per vicinanza all’aeroporto ma lontano dal resto. Abbiamo avuto un incomprensione per la colazione che noi avevamo regolarmente pagato su Booking, ma il mattino seguente era tutto chiuso causa Ramadan. Trovo poco corretto che un’hotel internazionale non fornisca la colazione o quanto meno dovrebbe essere specificato. Ad ogni modo il manager ci ha rimborsato i soldi pagati per la colazione scusandosi per il disagio. Nel complesso buon hotel.

Recently, I had taken a room and stayed at Boulevard Hotel, Al Khoud, Seeb, Oman to deal with some business enquiries. To be honest, the hygiene and neatness of the room was very much appreciable. The room and the surroundings was very well-kept by the staff members. However, there was a great problem that I noticed with the staff members working in the Restaurant Department. When I started to have my breakfast, the vegetables in the sandwich had a very rotten taste and were very watery. The bread tasted very rough and hard as though it had expired. I found an insect in the juice. I reported these problems to the waiter. Meanwhile, the waiter remained silent. As I saw the silence being kept by the waiter, I asked him that I wanted to meet his manager. When I met the manager, I told all the things that had happened there. However, the manager shouted and protested as though the fault was by my side. I went to many hotels and had many kinds of food but I did not have this type of horrible experience. Therefore, I request the hotel management to take immediate action against the whole restaurant staff members who have been betraying many people, who have been trusting them, knowingly or unknowingly.

The hotel & it's ambience so cool but i met with an incident which I have never met before in any other hotels as I am a traveller I visited many places & stayed in so many hotels this is the first time i happen to face such a misbehavior (sexually) from a person on the reception. I don't want to mention all one in the reception but one guy who looks like an Asian I can't recognize his name he weared a black pant & white shirt . I don't know I am the first person who's facing the pathetic situation but i am sure that there may be guest who faced my situation from this particular guy. If the management don't take a powerful action against him this hotel will have to face a shutdown due to this guy. Considering all the other good factor that i get from the hotel I am not supposed to give any complaint to the ministry of tourism. So please take necessary action against this guy in order to safeguard your reputation & the continuity of your business.

Good hotel top level of cleanliness in everywhere in this hotel good maintain by housekeeping staff bed is more comfortable washroom & all the amenities are good which they provided.Special thanks to all HK team members they everyday taking guest feed back with us they fix it our minor problems in our room .
