Kedma by Isrotel Collection

Cher lecteur, Je souhaiterais partager avec vous mon expérience récente dans cet hôtel kedma. Malheureusement, mon séjour a été très désagréable, principalement en raison de la surpopulation et du bruit excessif qui y régnaient. Il y avait tellement de monde qu'il était presque impossible de trouver un transat autour de la piscine, ce qui était extrêmement frustrant compte tenu du nombre de personnes que l'hôtel peut accueillir. Pendant deux jours, nous avons dû renoncer à tout espoir de nous détendre près de la piscine faute de transats disponibles. De plus, les chambres étaient très mal insonorisées, ce qui signifiait que nous étions constamment dérangés par le bruit provenant des enfants en bas âge. Cette situation nous a empêchés de profiter pleinement de notre séjour et a entraîné des nuits agitées et peu reposantes. En ce qui concerne la nourriture, nous avons été extrêmement déçus par sa qualité médiocre et son prix excessif. Les repas étaient non seulement insipides, mais ils ont également creusé un trou important dans notre portefeuille. De plus, la piscine était beaucoup trop petite pour accueillir confortablement tous les clients et il n'y avait aucune activité ou animation disponible pour divertir les visiteurs. En raison de tous ces problèmes, je ne peux absolument pas recommander cet hôtel, en particulier étant donné le prix exorbitant que nous avons payé pour un séjour de seulement deux jours. Pour couronner le tout, nous avons été contraints de quitter l'hôtel en plein milieu de notre séjour et le remboursement qui nous a été proposé était loin de correspondre à nos attentes. Dans l'ensemble, cette expérience a été très décevante et je suggère fortement de chercher d'autres options d'hébergement pour un séjour plus agréable. Cordialement, Un client insatisfait

Bien placé géographiquement, cet hôtel nous donne l’impression d’être ailleurs, ses ruelles nous transportent au Maroc, la piscine est très agréable, les chambres confortables et spacieuses, l’ameublement judicieux, le personnel amical et dévoué. Seul bémol, la nourriture « cuisinée » du dîner n’est pas à la hauteur

Probably more like a 4.5. Positives: the food quality is great. Nice staff. Good pool area. Nice vibe, good place to stay if you want to be in the Negev. Rooms are comfortable (not amazing). Negatives: It is almost as expensive as the Isrotel exclusive hotels but just not at the same level (to be fair they don't claim to be). I have been to Beresheet, Cramim, Mitzpe hayamim, Royal Beach; all are special hotels. If you can afford to stretch to those hotel instead, it is worth it. The downside to Kedma is a) it is built like a fort, the rooms have no views and you can't see the outside world from anywhere in the hotel. The "balconies" are two chairs that just about fit in an open light well. Which is a shame because the Negev is spectacular. b) When the hotel is full it is overcrowded. You have to book a table for dinner and they could only offer 630 or 830. The dining room is dark to try to create some ambience but it is so heaving with guests it feels more like an aiport food court. It's a nice place and we had a great time. For the prices you pay in peak times it just doesn't feel like value for money. If you are not Israeli make sure they dont charge you VAT when you check in. They made that mistake at check in and it was a hassle to fix it. There obviously isn't much in the desert. Ben Gurion's house is literally next to the hotel which is a must if you havent been. There's some great hiking (Ein Akev hike was great, 4 hrs fairly challenging). Also Negev has a lot of vineyards, there is a tasting place in Ben Gurion house, we also went to Ramat Negev about 30 mins away.

What an amazing hotel! A perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. I love how it seems they paid attention to all the small details - the cups in the bathroom, the reading lamps on the bed, the decor around the bar. It tells you something about the quality of the place. The rooms are simple and gorgeous, the food is tasty and there’s a large variety to choose from. And it’s in the desert, so everything is so quiet, and there’s star lit sky is simply soothing. Great stay! Highly recommended!

Had a great couple of days at Kedma! If bereisheet is not in your budget but you want to be close to Mitzpe Ramon, this hotel is a great option. Fantastic breakfast. Connecting rooms were great for family. Staff was helpful. Pool area is beautiful. Free parking is a plus. Would love to go back soon!

I ordered the vacation for my son and daughter in law, for their marriage- for the days after the wedding!!!! Of course that I told them that it is a couple that got married the day before But as sad and disappointed as it sounds, no one paid attention to it, they didn’t get not even a little note or chocolate or cake- a little congratulations note- very disappointing That besides the fact that there was a big mess about the fact that I made them a membership and no one saw it in the system, a confusing with the payment
