海濱飯店(Beachside Holiday Park)

Ze weten niet wat hospitality is hier. Chagrijnige medewerkers, die het waterpark al voor sluitingstijd uitzetten en bij feedback ook ongeïnteresseerd reageren, alsof ze het gewend zijn. Verwacht vooral geen value for money óf een glimlach van het personeel.

We stayed on a powered site. The site itself was fine, however we were charged $127 a night for just a site. We have 3 children, one who is under 12 months. The waterpark was great, but the other than that and a playground there wasnt much to do. The cabins looked a bit dated. OK stay but very expensive for just a powered site.

We paid just over $700 for our stay of 4 days 😊 We are a family of 5 with children our youngest being 3 years of age. I can't say I was sold the first night but we made it through our stay. On arrival we were only given limited amount of bed linen and towels these were not refreshed at any stage understandable it's a holiday park not a hotel, our youngest having to sleep with me and hubby sleeping on the floor. When requested extra bedding we were told we would be charged as an extra guest at $16 a night just for an extra blanket. The laundromat worked once and then it was out of order the next day. The highlight for us was the water park and the beach as a family with a child who needs sensory input after a long drive these definitely helped. Get to see kangaroos and lizards in their own natural space 😊. If I could recommend anything would be to provide more information about nearest available amenities ie laundromat and places of recommendations for families etc. Above all our family had a great time 😊 a time that's was definitely needed 😊. We will definitely be back again but know now what we need for future visits 😊. Thanks again Beachside.

We were in a camper trailer, the sites were a perfect size. More grass on the sites would have been ideal but didn’t ruin our stay. The staff were lovely, the amenities were great. Splash park perfect for the kids. Loved the open fire place in camp kitchen where we could toast marshmallows. So quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!

We stayed here because we could not get into the BIG4 caravan park at short notice and it is the only reason why anyone would want to stay here. The cabins are expensive and are very dated. TV is still standard def, the living room was smelly and no power points next to the bed for sleep apnea machine.

Lovely relaxing park. Great activities for children. The playground had lots of variety and the waterpark is fantastic. Teenagers paddleboarded on the beach. Camp kitchen, bbq area and games rooms are fantastic and a great spot if the weather turns. Just outside the entrance is the Lady Bay Hotel with a great vib and awesome food. The permanents were very welcoming.

Great park. Really poor customer service. Totally inflexible with cancellations or rebooking. No matter what the reason. But they were happy to keep the $90 deposit. Be careful. Our booking wasn’t in school holidays or a long weekend so this seemed a tad unreasonable/ money grabbing

The cabins are very basic and old, but it had everything we needed. The kids loved the waterpark and the beach is beautiful. It’s a nice place to stop to explore Normanville and its surroundings. Beautiful area

The cabin was comfortable, the heater had been put on for us prior to arrival so it was nice and warm. The bed was comfortable and pillows soft and fluffy, had everything we needed. Nice little outdoor setting on veranda.we would return
