he location is great but these should not be called villas. The property has had a superficial renovation, but the roof leaks and the walls are paper thin. Lots of noise from the neighbours and the parking lot. Had to switch the fridge off at night, it was so loud, as well as the air conditioning.

Didn’t liked it too much. The shower was horrible. The water pressure was very low converting a 10 minute bath to 30 minute bath.

Plumbing is no good the place is built so cheap that everything is falling apart and front desk doesn’t even answer the phone I called them 6 times and no answer

Great location, close to water. Room was tucked in behind another row of villas, so not what I expected. Room did not have a bedside lamp. Did not have a chair or stand to put suitcases on, towels were outside of the bathroom. A loose board at doorway, tripping hazard! Great to have a little deck at front tho.

The smell of cleaner was overwhelming and there was a paper bowl with what appeared to be cat/dog food in it, but it had no smell. Pest trap? The stand-up enclosed shower was nice. A cheap motel.

We went for a long walk beside the ocean and met some people who were fishing for crabs off the wharf. This was a lovely place to stay.

Just meh. Such a great spot and potential. Clean, but pretty cheap construction. Weirdly got called by them a couple of times the day we checked in, first they tried to talk me into changing rooms then called later in the evening to see how things were which was a little weird imo.

On the plus side, the location on hwy 101 was nice with a view of the ocean.
However, the room was rather small, the window blinds did not function properly and a message left for us at the front desk by my cousin was not delivered to us.
