I stayed @this hotel couple of years ago using United Airlines points to exchange for a free night, I had a good experience and decided to take my brother and sister here for a second visit this year We arrived on Saturday afternoon checking in @3pm, did not get the higher floor with the Harbour view I wanted, disappointed but understandable because the next day is Mother’s Day My brother told me the next morning that he requested an extra blanket due to the room temperature too cold and was controlled by the hotel, he could not change the temperature on room wall, so he was forced to pay extra charge. I was furious about this charge, if he asked a service and pay a tip to hotel worker of his free will, that’s fine , but shouldn’t be charged extra for an ordinary hotel service
