The front desk staff was very helpful with the logistics of checking in, laundry service, and renting a bicycle. The cleaning staff greeted me every morning in the hallways! The bar staff was friendly and inquisitive.The gym was cramped and the water machine was broken. The pool was enjoyable and the lounge area was pleasant. The bed was dreamy and something to look forward to after a long day!

Hotel is modern and clean . Have to park within the hotel premise as there are very limited road side parking.

Staff was so nice, room was clean, hotel had such a nice vibe, lobby super aesthetic, pool was warm, coffee and cookies in afternoon was fun, and complementary drink was a nice touch. I would for sure stay again, close walk to the ballet, area seemed safe. Our room had an awesome view of the space needle. My teen daughter thought this was a super bougie hotel and she loved it.

Great ambiance, fun decor and not boring. We’ve stayed at other pineapple hospitality locations but this one was fun and funky. Complementry umbrellas or bicycles during daylight hours. During check in we received pineapple cookies that were wonderful. My family and I just flew in from Hawaii with pineapple gummies so we shared some with the staff. Mahalo!

This is our favorite for Kraken games, yes we live less than 50 miles but it so nice to check in, park and walk to game. Hospitality is always great. The bistro dude could use help on Saturday mornings. Love the deco and fuffly bed duvets. Great cleaning team, so friendly and helpful.

Although I really enjoyed my stay at The Maxwell Hotel and it was centrally located for 6 nights for business I won’t stay there again. The fees just killed it for me. Resort fees for coffee and tea! Parking fees, taxes upon taxes. I booked a 7 night stay that was quoted to be about $1100 ended up over $1459! The resort fees are really the biggest issues! Why should I pay for services that I don’t use but rooms are only cleaned every other day. If you want to charge me to use the pool that’s fine, but if I never use the pool or gym I have to pay extra? Why not just roll these mandatory costs into the cost of the room. This is bait and switch advertising of low room prices to increase reservations while socking bulk**** mandatory fees. Travel 15 weeks a year and will not stay in a Staypineapple again.

Well, I booked parking online when I did the check in. Upon arrival we were told that I did not have parking and it was sold out. No apology. No attempt to see if they could find a space. We were instructed to use the parking garage across the street. The price was much higher and our windows got busted out.
