摩爾飯店(The Moore Hotel)

You get what you pay for...and it was plenty expensive. While it was clean and quaint...if you want the bare essentials it was ok. The staff was not overly friendly but pleasant enough. Stayed in Nov and the heat did not work. They gave us an electric heater and offered extra blankets. It is a 113 year old building so keep that in mind. Restaurant was closed for renovations and coffee shop closed up at 330 in the afternoon. Lots of street noise. Was not terrible by any means...like I said, you get what you pay for. Expect 300.00)night for a nice stay in downtown Seattle. The city is awesome...GO HAWKSSSS!!!

Great location for the NCL cruise terminal, Pike Place Market, Seattle Tower Needle & Glass Museum. Rooms were a good size - decor somewhat out dated but knowing this was a historic building not unexpected. Biggest issue was our room was very cold. The hotel does not have a warm air system & uses cast iron radiators to heat the rooms. After travelling since the early hours we wanted an early night but our room was uncomfortably cold. My wife managed to get extra blankets & a heater from the hotel receptionist but these failed to warm the room or keep us warm in the bed. Was told that the radiators came on in the evening & that our room would become warm within the next hour. After an hour the radiator was still freezing cold. In the end with the help of receptionist, we changed to a different floor & managed to get a warmer room. After having the above experience I wouldn't dismiss using this hotel again - I would just insist on having a warm room if visiting in the fall/winter months.

This place was a dump, no coffee, tissues, phones, climate control, crappy blankets, toilet seat was 2.5” from a wall, no art on walls, 1” gap under doors, so, so noisy, no parking, has to park blocks away in a public parking lot. I feel like I was ripped off.

This was probably the worst hotel I've stayed in, it should have been a $50 per night hotel not $150. The pictures are not a true depiction, hallways and rooms are dark and dingy. Lots of homeless people around the hotel and I froze all night. The staff was very friendly though!

Nos hospedamos en este hotel previo nuestro viaje en crucero desde el puerto de Seattle. El hotel queda a walking distance del muelle de NCL. La transportación desde el aeropuerto es fácil y cómoda. Las atracciones principales del downtown tambien están walking distance. Aunque no tiene aire acondicionado, el cuarto que nos tocó no tenía mal olor y el ambiente estaba perfecto. Es un hotel histórico por lo que no esperen lujos. Para nosotros cumplió su propósito.

walls are very thin and could hear my neighbors talking and alarms going off all night, people screaming on the streets, and for the cost of this hotel you’d expect basic amenities, which this hotel lacks. room looked better in the pictures and showers are very small.

We came to see a show at the Moore Theater and thought it would be great to stay on the same block. But…..We didn’t actually stay. We paid for two rooms, though. The hotel is dilapidated and dirty. We knew there was no A/C, but it was 50 degrees in Seattle, so we weren’t concerned. However, there was no heat, either. When we asked about it, we were told that the heat ‘hadn’t been turned on yet’ and were offered extra blankets. We found another hotel a block away and stayed there instead. Highly recommend that you do the same.

ホテルフロントスタッフが大変フレンドリーです。聞けばいろいろ教えてくれます。スタッフは南米系の方が多そうでした。なにげにテレビも南米系の音楽プログラムで、部屋の雰囲気もそんな感じです。建物や作りは古いですが、部屋やバスは清潔です。立地が危なそうなところと大丈夫そうなところにギリギリな感じでした。夜間は叫び続ける人がいたり、サイレンがずっと鳴っていて、気にする人は睡眠を妨げられそうです。隣の声もよく聞こえます(笑)。内鍵とチェーンロックはあるのですが、どうも頼りない鍵で、その点は気になりました。私見ですがコスパという意味では良好だと思います。

No mini-fridge in the room, no coffee maker. One vending machine for 7 floors, stocked only with water. One completely empty snack vending machine. Water vending machine takes only cash. No work desk in the rooms. Only one night stand for a king bed was provided. Provided fan was a small floor fan that struggled to keep is cool, no ceiling fans. Curtains were left open, so room was hot when we checked in, and fan could not cool it down. Extremely narrow and small elevator, luggage cart barely fit thru the door. Only one luggage cart in the hotel and it was falling apart, with parts popping off here and there. Very hard to find a parking spot to unload the car, seems like the Unloading zone was used as personal parking lot by businesses in the area, it was already full, with no cars moving at 6AM in the morning. Better hotels are available in the area, if you have to have a hotel in the dirty downtown unsafe after sunset.
