我正在預訂轉角兩張大號床間，但房間裡有人😰。也許在午夜打掃衛生。然後我們必須回到接待處換另一個房間。最後，我們得到了另一間帶停車庫景觀的雙人大床房。房間乾淨，空間寬敞。 2 帶咖啡機的水瓶。戰略位置。只需步行 5 分鐘即可到達派克市場。

There was absolutely no service. We went to dinner and asked the front desk to have the hide-a-bed turned down. They didn't. We tried to call but no one answer the phone so we had to use our cell phone to call the 1-800 number. He told us he was the only one on the property and couldn't leave. We waited over an hour at 10:30pm to get blankets for our kids' bed. Then I tried to call the next morning for a bellhop. Again, no one answers the phone. Would never stay here again!!

Our room type was not available when we checked in at 4:30 (unable to check in early at 3:30, standard check in is 4pm). We were upgraded to a suite to accommodate our party size. Once we got to the room, we discovered the pull out couch did not have a mattress, and the hotel did not have another mattress. After an hour the situation was "resolved" by bringing in two twin mattresses. To make matters worse, the air conditioner was broken in the room. For the nightly rate I expected a seamless stay.

From start to finish this place was distasteful! First off the whole hotel smelled like a wildfire and I had a headache my entire stay..to top it off there “market” was never fully stocked so I couldn’t even grab medicine to help.
i suffer from bad asthma and wished I was told this before booking otherwise i would of stayed else where.
to make matters worse i kept trying to contact and desk manager and kept having to call to speak because she never followed up. i finally said i was going to contact general manager, left two voicemails and was never contacted back…customer service there needs a ton of work. the only helpful person was one of the front desk staff Dominic…he was fantastic trying to get some sort of help/resolution
suggestion is to not stay here…

The hotel stay was great overall, however, I did not appreciate my in-hotel restaurant purchase being charged to my room AFTER I PAID FOR IT at the table. If I hadn’t checked the final bill at check out, I would have paid for it twice. It may have been an “oversight” on the bartender’s part, but it comes off as shady.

Very nice hotel. Within walking distance of many attractions.
The hotel was very accommodating. We were able to check out on departure date and leave our bags with them while we did some more sightseeing.
The food in both restaurants was delicious and the staff was exceptional!
