2-STORY PENTHOUSE SUITE IN THE MIDDLE OF DOWNTOWN SEATTLE!
Experience unparalleled city living just blocks from Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, and Seattle's premier shopping district. Immerse yourself in a vibrant area surrounded by hundreds of bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues!
2 bedrooms= 2 king bedrooms,1 Futon in living room. 2 full bathrooms and 2 balconies with the city and Elliot bay views.
All furniture, décor and paint may change due to maintenance with quality.

[Main floor]
-Kitchen: Has basic equipment for cooking, appliances and drip coffee pot.
-Living room: Futon (sleeps 2) and TV (smart only and no cable). Portable AC seasonally installed.
-Bedroom #1: One king bed (sleeps 2). Portable AC seasonally installed.
-Hallway: Stackable washer and dryer.
-One bathroom with tub.
[2nd floor]
-Stairs: One flight of stairs to get to the 2nd floor.
-Bedroom #2: One king bed (Sleeps 2). Portable AC seasonally installed.
-One bathroom with tub.
[OTHERS]
-1 assigned parking space in secure garage for compact cars only. Oversized cars need to park on the street. Height limit for garage is 7' 4”. Additional parking available on the street (Pay to park). Make sure to wait for the garage door to fully close while entering or exiting the building.
-Building amenities are controlled by the building HOA office. Please note that the building HOA can close the common amenities such as pool, Sauna, Gym, BBQ, etc.-Hair dryer, iron, ironing board reach out 7 days in advance.
-This property has monthly pest services set up but in the PNW you may still experience finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally.
-This unit has a medium size water tank. For larger groups you might want to space out your showers depending on the length and the number of people you have in your group.
-SHARED-BBQ and outdoor area is located on the 7th floor. Building rules are posted for this common area use.
-Trash- trash chute is located on the 7th floor (when you leave the elevators make a right and you will see the trash chute room (labeled)
- WIFI: No guarantee of internet speed or signal strength. Unexpected outages can occur.

The check-in host will reach out to you 7 days prior to your reservation for further check-in requirements and to set you up all for your check-in.
Check-in time is between 4-6 pm and check-out time is by 11 am. Note this building requires a host check-in only. Read house rules section #4 for details. We cannot guarantee early check-ins since there may be another guest checking out on the same day, but we can let you know on the day itself if it is available. NO late check-out is available due to same day check-ins.
*ID and selfie with ID are required to be provided 24 hours prior to check in.

House Rules
Check-in requirements (All requirements will need to be provided remotely 24 hours prior to your arrival):
*Government ID & a selfie with the ID for check-in is required.
*Additional fees may be charged if items are added after your booking is confirmed such as pool heat, pets, etc.
*Your Luxsle host will reach out to you 7 days prior to your reservation for further check-in requirements and to set you up all for your check-in. A copy of our rental agreement will need to be signed at least 24 hours prior to your check-in. If the rental agreement copy isn't signed by the time of check-in, we can't check you in.
*Third party reservations aren't allowed. Please make sure you make the reservation name under the individual that will be checking in and staying the full duration of the reservation. Reservations can't be transferred, or name changed after the reservation is booked.
*All reservations 25 days and over will require a background check. (Please note the background check will also provide us with your credit score)
*Any reservation over 25 nights, all utilities of: gas/ electric/ water/ sewer/ trash must be paid for by the reservation holder, as a flat fee.
* We cannot guarantee early check-ins since there may be another guest checking out on the same day, but we can let you know on the day itself if it is available. NO late check-out is available due to same day check-ins
-The check-in information and the door code is sent at 4 pm check-in time on the day of check-in once you are all set for your check-in
-For early check-ins, the check-in host will automatically let you know on the day of check-in if the property is ready earlier
For the properties with in person check-in (Applies to our units at Belltown Court 2415 2nd Ave Seattle WA 98121) , Check-in is available between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm on the date of Renter's arrival; a 30-minute window needs to be scheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance (unless same day booking). For in-person check-in tour we have discounted late check-in window fees that must be scheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance, the late check-in fee from 6pm to 12 am is 25 USD. No late check-in is available after 12am and the guest must schedule a time for the following day, please communicate with the host for the earliest check-in time available.
B. Check out Departure time is 11:00 am. Prompt checkout is appreciated so that we can prepare the Unit for our next renter. Additional charges for unapproved late check-out shall be incurred by Renter at up to 250.00 dollars per hour past check-out time.
Pets are allowed with written authorization prior to arrival. Unauthorized pets will result in up to a 1500.00 USD fee (per month, per pet), plus any additional costs for extra cleaning or damages attributable to such pet(s) and per night fees. The authorized pet fee per pet/per night is 45 USD. Stays over 2 nights the fee is discounted to 35 USD per pet/ per night. For stays over 14 nights the pet fee is discounted to 25 USD per pet/ per night. For stays over 30 nights the pet fee is discounted to 15 USD per pet/ per night.
