Great location near Phinney Ridge Ave Ballard. Just like living in a tiny home. You need to be a little limber to get in and out of the bed tho.

Great stay! Easy check in and check out, bed was up in a little loft which I quite enjoyed. Quick and friendly greeting by the owner, which I enjoyed. I’d stay again for sure!

Perfect little cottage 1st time visit to Seattle and this cute little place could not have been more perfect. Great neighborhood with restaurants and bars just a few blocks away. Close to the harbor and easy drive to the downtown area. Doug was a perfect host.

Charming stay in a great neighborhood Nice place, everything worked, all was pleasant. Steep ladder up to bedroom, would not be good for elderly guests.

Loads of comfort in a tiny house For being over 6ft tall, I had no issues living in this space. The couch and mattress were very comfortable, and the bathroom was big enough for 2 of us to get ready at the same time (a bit cramped but understandable). As long as you don't need a lot of room to leave things out, this is the perfect place to come back after a full day exploring Seattle. Street parking was tight but we were able to park within a house or two every night. Last but not least, Doug was very responsive and personable. We would definitely stay here again!
