Great place! Simple no hassle process. I would definitely stay here again

The good news is that for the money, this place is probably as good as it gets. The bad news is that the shared "kitchen" is not well-enough equipped to use for anything but warming things up, and there is absolutely not enough in the way of pots, pans, dishes, glassware or anything else. For example, there were three rooms sharing the "kitchen," and only three plates, cups, and bowls provided. No salt/pepper/paper towels or anything else people would need for any real use. There was also no way to control the temperature in the room--the thermostat for the whole floor was on 70, which got stuffy at night. That said, it is not likely you will find better for the price in Seattle!

The property overall was great. The room itself is good for a quiet couple or family. One thing that bothered me was the bathroom we had assigned to us didnt have a working sink.... Which made it inconvenient to get ready and brush teeth. You pay over a hundred dollars to sleep for one night and can't even use the bathroom sink...

It was good once we got in. The check in info was 2-3 hours late, past when we were supposed to be able to check in. Then the door code was wrong. Communication with the host was very slow. So there was a lot of extra work and stress. The host was apologetic . Inside was clean and well organized. It’s next to a park and museum. The price was reasonable for the area.

This is not a hotel, it’s a converted house with rooms. Bed was fine, room was fine, shower was hot, toilet/sink were fine. However, this was not what I expected. The room was an Airbnb-style experience with a hostel twist. Lock boxes to enter front door/rooms. Must walk into the common area to access your bathroom for most rooms. You also have to be comfortable sending a picture of your photo ID to a google voice number or email (I understand it is Washington law to present an ID before staying the night but sending it to a random number/email is very uncomfortable). I book with ******* knowing that I’m not going to have to deal with nonsense and this check-in was borderline too much hassle.

The place has a unique setup. Air b b meets hostel. No onsite staff. Just enter the codes they give you and go. You have your own private detached bathroom. -The good Cant beat the price for what you get. Place was clean and modern. Would definitely use again. -The bad Mostly just nitpicking. Furniture looks good, but its ikea type. Small dining room tables, but then again, the space doesnt really allow for something too big. Forced hot air was kinda loud when its on. Not the machine itself, but the air blowing. Hot water in shower is very sensitive. Goes from cold to scalding hot if not adjusted slowly. Assuming thats because they set it at a high temp and its a high btu unit for all the people that could be there at once. Didnt exerience it myself, but it could be on the noiser side if the place is full. I say this because the doors are not hotel level construction and the close proximity of everyone.

This was the worst accomodations we've ever stayed at. The "furniture" was cheap and the bed/pillows were awful. Felt like sleeping on plywood covered in plastic. Clearly meant to make a buck. Put as little as possible into it. Nothing was comfortable or nice.

I booked a couple weeks in advance. The tried to reach out to the owners before staying and got no response. When I went to check in, it was already booked and I had to go somewhere else!

Excellent place to stay at for a short stay. Extremely convenient self check-in/check-out and with the added bonus of free parking. Will definitely consider staying here again the next time I'm in town for 1-2 nights.
