Booking the room was a MAJOR hassle. Pay for the room Pay for the cleaning (separately) Upload driver's license Take a selfie Days later, pay an exorbitant deposit Upload a picture of the credit card Repeated AI or automatically generated emails Very hard to park (VERY) Finally, you are checked in. It is hard to get a good night's sleep here The bathrooms (in the hall, not in the room) have squeaky doors, so squeaky that you can hear throughout the house. The shades on the windows are low priced and do not block out light. I know it's a "hostel", but for $150 a night, I expect a dark, quiet room. I didn't get either.

good location, bad appliances The place had a great location. The reason that I had a bad experience was that the washer machine kept shorting, my clothes were soggy and on the second evening after it was supposed to be fixed, it shorted again and I had soggy clothes, and the owner did not think I deserved to be compensated for dealing with laundry issues for two evenings. The place was quite loud, insulation was below average.

We were in town for a concert and really enjoyed our stay! Will definitely be back.
