We stayed here because we were in Ballard for a concert. The music venue and several places we visited (2 breweries and a restaurant) were only a 1 mile walk away. I think the only tricky thing was the street parking. We had to circle a bit to find a spot. Luckily we didn't have much luggage with us. Comfy beds, and coffee was provided.

I was exactly what I was looking for. it was quieter than I expected, completely clean and orderly. Kinda wish the coffee was a Keurig or something (its just me). I drive a big truck, so parking when school is in session was a bit of a night mare. I'd still reserve that space again the next time I'm in the area.

Vince was a great communicator. Only negative would be if you were planning on sitting outside chairs are rotted and broken. Space had everything we needed for a successful night.

This is an exceptionally clean and well equipped two bedroom apar**ent in an excellent location within the very appealing area of Ballard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation.
