"I booked this hotel for a two night break. As my wife is disabled I booked an accessible room, unfortunately, on arrival we realised we had made a huge mistake. The bed was very low, which is good for wheelchair users but no good at all for my wife. I immediately went to the reception to explain the situation. The hotel was almost full but the amazing Chloe managed to find us a more suitable room. She delt with the situation in a cheerful and professional manner and really saved our trip as without the room change we would have had to return home. Thank you Chloe for coming to our rescue."
