If lost, a charge of $100 per pass applies.Shared backyard with barbecue grill for each unit. A propane tank is provided but it is the guests responsibility to fill as needed. If using the barbecue grill, please note it is the guests responsibility to clean the grill thoroughly. If left unclean, extra cleaning charges will apply.Patio table and chairs are also provided for each unit.
