Perfect location in the heart of Seaside, between the commercial district and beautiful Ruskin Place, just steps to all the action and a short walk to the beach. You will get 2 beach wristbands to access the private Seaside beach at the Coleman Pavilion. This cozy and charming studio is bright and modern. It has recently been updated. There is a king size bed, dining table, smart TV and fully stocked kitchenette with small refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. There is one full bathroom with a shower and a closet for storage. This is a perfect unit for a couples get away. Parking is first come first serve. There is no reserved parking spots. We will leave a parking pass to park in the paid parking area inside of the studio. This is a self check in unit. Check in instructions will be texted the day of arrival when the unit is ready for occupancy.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 25.About events:No events allowed.

Seaside Stay
Overall, it was a great place for a single or couple to stay for a few days. It's on the small side so anything more than 3 days might be too long. Only complaint is parking. There is NO assigned parking spot! You have to fight everyone else for a spot which can be tough in Seaside!

Weekend wedding
Location was fantastic! Place was clean and neat. However, we were only left one roll of toilet paper (I feel there should have been an extra roll). Also no shampoo or soaps were offered. Also no beach chairs were offered and very skimpy beach towels. One really needs to be thrown out! For the price we felt the unit under delivered..

Perfect Location
We frequent Seaside yearly and this place was just steps away from the restaurants and shops! Perfect place for a couples getaway. MJ gave us all the information we needed and was quick to answer any questions we had. We will definitely return here!

Wonderful studio in perfect location
This property was exactly as advertised. Its location was excellent. We didn’t use our car during our entire weekend stay. We walked to the beach and all the various restaurants nearby. The studio was small but perfect for what we needed, clean and had all the amenities we would need, including kitcehn appliances, dishware, glassware, and silverware. The bed was also one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Highly recommend this property..

Perfect location little studio!
Overall our stay at this property was perfect! It is about 10 steps from the shops and you just walk across the street and you’re at the beach! Loved our stay here!
