Three bedroom secluded bungalow on Seabrook Island, SC. House sits on a quiet street with very little auto traffic. Just over 1/2 mile to the beach and 1 mile to the Beach Club. Open floor plan with lots of natural light. Spacious yard surrounded by lush palmettos, live oaks and magnolia trees.The living, dining and sun porch are situated in the middle of the house. To one side are two bedrooms (with queen beds) and two full baths with one en suite. The opposite side of the house has a finished room over the garage. Perfect for kids, the spacious room features two bunk beds (twin over full each), with carpeting and a small flatscreen tv. The sofa on the sun porch is a pull-out bed. The back yard has a spacious deck with Adirondack chairs. The driveway has ample room for parking multiple cars.
