This thoughtfully designed villa checks off all the boxes on the vacation checklist: modern, updated, bright, open space floorplan with a private, quiet, relaxing courtside location and tasteful, new décor. This two bedroom, two bath villa offers a large balcony for entertaining and relaxing. The balcony features ample seating, a small grill, and courtside views of the nationally recognized Seabrook Island Racquet Club.
As you step into the property, guests will find a small screened in porch with comfortable seating, large ceiling fan, and TV – an ideal place to sip your morning coffee, read a book, or enjoy an evening cocktail.
Inside the villa, a bright, airy, open floor plan features a dining area, stocked coffee bar with wine refrigerator, kitchen and living room area. The coastal kitchen features new quartz countertops, modern appliances, garbage disposal, ample serveware and cookware, and counter stool seating.
A comfortable entertaining area offers visitors an ideal place to unwind after a day of sightseeing or lounging by the pool. Off the kitchen area, this space features a new area rug, comfortable sofa and arm chairs, large screen smart TV, vintage record player, separate desk space, and ample lighting. The living areas are perfect to unwind after a long beach or pool day.
The master bedroom has a large, plush king bed with new mattress. Guests will find ample closet space, dresser space, his and her sinks, and an ensuite bathroom. This room also features a private corner balcony, black out curtains, ample soft lighting throughout the bedroom, bone inlay accent table, and comfortable chair.
The guest bedroom features a king bed, as well. The bathroom off the hallway connects to this bedroom allowing for guests to convert this bathroom into an ensuite bathroom, as well. Having the potential for two master bedrooms in this villa is another appreciated and sought-after feature of this unique space. This bedroom also features blackout drapery, a Juliet balcony, dresser, closet space, a chair, ample lighting, and coastal décor.
In the laundry area off the main hallway, a full size washer and dryer offer guests the convenience of doing their laundry within the unit. A large blow up mattress is stored here for additional guests that may wish to stay in the living room area.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa during their stay. Easily accessible and well lit for your safety. There is parking in the dual carport and driveway, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze. There is also ample driveway parking for multiple vehicles. A gas grill is located on the back deck.
LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)
WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
Coffee Maker: Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker on site. (BYO ground coffee for carafe or use provided Keurig K-cups. Assortment of creamers and sugars/sweeteners available)
AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis and award winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. The cards are $50 per day per family. Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.
ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. PROPERTY ALLOWED 2 GATE PASSES
CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.

CLEANING: We do not clean to make our properties appear clean. We really clean well. Our housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices at all times. We have a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail. With the combination of these best practices, our employees, clients, and guests should be safe from the spread of germs.
THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.
IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 15 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.
PARTIES: THIS IS an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!
