The hotel was brilliant and a great location next to the retail park with many options for food - but there is an option for evening meal and breakfast deal with hotel + beefeater pub opposite. Had some trouble checking in but it was not the hotel's fault it was with the booking through this app - Trip. The women behind the desk was helpful and all was resolved. Never had issues with train bookings but first time with hotels.

Every weekend for the past year, I have had the pleasure of staying at your establishment. The room I have been assigned to each week, room 127, has consistently been clean and inviting, providing a welcome respite after my long shifts. The staff has been nothing short of exceptional. They are polite, accommodating, and always ready to assist in any way they can. All team members, including Kim, Syer, Vicky, and Denis, have consistently demonstrated exceptional performance, and I eagerly anticipate our upcoming weekend engagement with great enthusiasm. Booked this as a 1-night stay over to break up a journey for my children. 2x Family rooms. No air conditioning so trying to regulate temperature on a hot evening for young children was impossible. Noise from the room above, sounded like they were running relentlessly. Sink in 1 of the rooms was blocked and the panel had been removed to expose the pipes. Staff couldn't help so gave up bothering with them.

Room spotless staff so helpful and early check in no problem only problem was we had paid for breakfast and when we got to the restaurant was told the kitchen was down only basic breakfast available.but I would book again if needed

Room okay unfortunately no Wi-Fi available. None of the heating facilities in the room worked. Change to work commitment required check-out before weekend breakfast timings with no alternative available. Purchasing meals in advance saved ZERO money so would highly recommend a pay as you go approach.
