北斯科特斯德希爾頓惠庭飯店(Home2 Suites by Hilton North Scottsdale Near Mayo Clinic)

Wir haben uns diese Unterkunft ausgesucht, weil sie nahe des Wandergebiets „Browns Ranch“ liegt. Das Hotel ist gerade mal ein Jahr alt und daher auch im top Zustand. Die Dame beim Check-in war super freundlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im vierten Stock mit Ausblick auf die Berge. Die Zimmer sind mit einer kleinen Küche und einem schönen Badezimmer ausgestattet. In den Betten haben wir wunderbar geschlafen. Nicht zu vergessen ist das warme Frühstück,welches im Preis enthalten ist. Sollten wir nochmal in diese Gegend kommen, werden wir wieder hier absteigen.

The lack of soft closing doors was a constant sound, limited sound proofing between walls didn't provide complete privacy of conversations. Rosie at front desk during the day was very kind, happy and helpful. Breakfast was expanded continental and very good. Property set back from highway which helped muffle road traffic. Best side of hotel is east side ( otherside is hot in summer and faces highway)

If you expect a clean room, you’d be disappointed. If you expect your TV to work without calling someone to fix it, you’d also disappointed. They didn’t provide much of the toiletry products. For example, the refillable shampoo bottle was completely empty. Items you have come expect that a hotel would provide, such as lotion and conditioner, were absent. I would definitely not come back nor would I recommend friends and family to stay.

Loved the location but it was dirty our silverware in room was dirty bathroom was dirty and floor wasn't vacuumed my granddaughter found someone's eyelashes on the floor I figured with it being new it should be a lot cleaner

This was a brand new facility and was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The lobby was very nice with a nice coffee and tea bar. The breakfast was very good with plenty of seating. The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The only downfall with our stay was that it was close to the freeway so we could hear the noise of the traffic at night and we could also hear the television of the people next door and noise of people upstairs. If you are a heavy sleeper then you will be fine.

Arrived around 12:30am, the front desk was unattended and no one was answering calls or the phone. I waited in the lobby for about 10 min for someone to show up to check me in.

Great location in Scottsdale to Mayo Clinic many shopping and restaurant choices.

Hotel was in a great area and driving distance from many restaurants and shopping areas. Would stay again.

Hotel is relatively new, clean and right off the 101 with minimal traffic. Staff was great too no complaints. Great stay.
