Huge stain, looked like a blood stain, in the middle of a rug. I’m pretty sure a flea jumped on my leg. I did not see it again. I was itching the rest of the night, maybe I was in my head?
Electrical outlets were loose.
Bathroom and other surfaces appeared to not have been cleaned or cleaned in haste.
Remote for tv had a dead battery.
Breakfast items were served cold as they were not fully warmed.
No regular coffee, only decaf.
Elevator shook and rattled when either stopping or going to 1st floor. Honestly, I thought I was going to die at one point. We ended up using the stairs from that point on.
Parking spaces were entirely too close. Can someone please check into that? There is no way those spaces were constructed to spec.

Check in was easy. Lobby was clean. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. If you're in or around Scott and need a place to stay, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Scott-Lafayette West is a great choice.

The desk front person spoke so low and soft i had to ask him multiple times to speak up and i was the only person in the lobby.
There was no vending machines.
Water was on the floor around the refrigerator in the room. The ceiling fan in the room made noises and was shaking like it was going to fall down.

Pros: clean, good breakfast, comfy bed
Cons: I10 road noise
We just stopped here for an overnight stay on a road trip. Didn’t use the pool or gym.
