En general todo muy bien, la recepcion fue rapida y personal amable,

Buena experiencia, muy limpio y personal con excelente actitud.

Property was centrally located to where I wanted to be. Property was old and in need of renovation. The faucet in my sink wobbled back and forth every time I turned it on. There was a piece of baseboard on the floor next to the wall where it should have been. The electrical outlet next to the bed was coming out of the wall.

Staff was super helpful and friendly. Room could use a little maintenance and repairs. Overall it met our needs and the receptionist was amazing!

First time staying here. Noted the bathroom shower walls had a little mold that easily wiped off with a wash cloth. I guess they don't wipe down the walls very often. There was also a separation between the wall and the floor about 3/4" and other things that indicated lax maintenance and repair. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great.

The staff was great. 5 out of 5 slam dunk. Professionalism and friendliness unmatched by front desk and kitchen staff.

I had two nights of horrible experience at a brand name I won’t name! Then I remembered this app! My first restful night of sleep.

The hallways and elevator were not cleaned, and carpet were soiled. Furniture was old and hotel was smelly. Upon entering the room, the Tv did not work. A/c did not get cool properly. Itchy once got in bed. Breakfast was not good. One person was handling the front desk and the food. I would not recommend this hotel. I never stayed in a Hampton Inn on this lever. It was over priced for this hotel. A full refund should be granted.

The staff and front desk employees are great make you feel welcome and Everyone over there that works has always been kind an patient with me. Love the place
