"Stayed at the Landhaus Hopen Hotel while hiking in the area. The hotel was a real home from home. The warm welcome was matched by a very relaxed and homely feel during our stay. The hotel is set in the woodland just outside the town of Schneveringen about an hour's drive from Bremen. The restaurant served a wide range of dishes. The local speciality of mountain sheep in a juniper cream sauce was delicious. My friends's vegetarian options were all very good. Excellent beer! Deserts were very good. Perfect meals after a day of hiking. Everything served with a smile. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Set us up for a day's hiking. No lunch required! Our room was in an annexe. Room was immaculate. Swimming pool and spa areas with sauna on ground floor (7:00 - 23:00). Bar was relaxed and welcoming. Look forward to returning to Landhaus Hopen in the summer."

"前台服務非常友善——但單人房簡直糟糕透了！浴室的暖氣控制有問題，所以早上洗澡的時候水很冷（2月26日，室外氣溫在零度以下）。而且也沒有放洗漱用品的架子。食物也令人失望：雖然提前預訂了，但開胃菜卻沒上（30個人裡，有8個人沒點）。我們問能不能在番茄湯裡加麵包，得到的答案是：不允許。午餐的鰈魚也難以下嚥：一塊根本看不出是什麼魚的肉泡在油膩膩的湯裡，一點味道都沒有。菜量少得可憐，很多人必須從12公里外的麥當勞點外賣才能吃飽！最讓人難以忍受的是餐廳的服務：我們一行30人——除了4個人坐得比較遠——大家說話的聲音比只有兩個人的時候大一點是很正常的。服務生過來衝我們所有人大吼大叫（沒錯，就是大吼！！），說我們應該安靜，因為還有其他客人（餐廳裡空蕩蕩的，就四個人！！！）付了不少錢，理應得到安靜的對待。哦，對了——我們一分錢都沒付，對吧？ ？ ？ ？ ！ ！ ！所以——如果你想要難吃的食物、少得可憐的分量（而且我們又不是吃貨！！）、冬天洗冷水澡，而且還有點受虐傾向，喜歡被服務員吼——那麼強烈推薦這家酒店。"
