Folgendes vorweg: ich habe nicht in der Goldenen Rose übernachtet, ich bewerte nur das Restaurant und die Bar. Das Essen ist wirklich sehr gediegen, der Service sehr professionell. Was ich nicht gut finde, sind die völlig überzogenen Preise bei den Getränken. Das ist mir schon bei einem Abendessen in diesem Restaurant aufgefallen, die Weine waren sehr hochpreisig, aber gut. Heute jedoch hatten wir zum Aperitif zwei Gläser Prosecco, (einen Franciacorta) und haben dafür satte 24 Euro bezahlt, dazu wurde ein kleines Gläschen geröstete Nüsse gereicht. Es war sehr angenehm, vor dem Hotel in der Sonne zu sitzen, das Ambiente ist sehr schön. Ich werde trotzdem nicht wiederkommen.

Un albergo di piccole dimensioni ma con una grande accoglienza. Cibo superlativo, diciamo che è la nota di svolta di questo albergo. Camere ottime e molto pulite. Personale di sala e accoglienza gentilissimo. Titolari presenti in struttura. La signorina che gestisce la spa bravissima… insomma tutto bene . Unico neo la zona saune che è scollegata dall’albergo e si raggiunge solo dall’esterno. Manca anche una comoda zona relax dove leggere un libro e una palestra. Però capisco che gli spazi sono quello che sono . Comunque molto bravi!!!

We recently stayed at the Golden Rose with our family. The hotel itself is exceptionally comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully considered to ensure a relaxing stay. What really stood out, however, was the care and attention shown by every member of team we came across; nothing was too much trouble, and the team consistently went above and beyond to make our time with them memorable. We would not hesitate to recommend the Golden Rose to anyone looking for genuine hospitality, comfort, and excellence in every way.

Das elegante Restaurant wird von einer Armada grün gewandeter Servicedamen bespielt - an diesem Abend waren es vier und die Kommunikation war daher ein wenig verwirrend, weil die eine nichts von der Bestellung der anderen wusste. Was die Küche bot, war von unterschiedlicher Qualität. Die Vorspeise mit Fenchel gelang grandios, ebenso die Pasta und das Lamm, der Sellerie in Salzkruste dagegen war einfach nur ledrig, schade. Rührend ist, dass hier auch alte Traditionsrezepte wieder entdeckt wurden: die "Schnalser Schneemilch" - ein spannende kulinarische Reise in die Historie.

This hotel is really very special. Not only is it beautifully located in a peaceful alpine village, it is the service which sets it apart. Between us, we've travelled a lot but we have never experienced service like it. We had a flat tyre en-route, but the wonderful staff ensured that we arrived in the end and the restaurant was kept open for us...nothing was too much trouble. This was a theme throughout our stay...encountering staff who are friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home. We were humbled by our stay here-we had great service without feeling served. The wooden walkway serves as the transition between high-end hotel and isolate mountain spa that was so tranquil. Breakfast was spectacular...taken on the terrace and presented in stages...from the bread baked on site to lovely bowls of fruit and more. The owners were very present and if all hotels trained their staff in this way, there would be no need for an option of less than 5 stars on Trip Advisor :-) We would love to return.

Ein sehr schönes Familienhotel mit perfektem Service, egal ob am Empfang, beim Frühstück, im Restaurant oder auf der Etage.

An excellent base for our hiking and so many walks to access close by . The hotel was amazing . Rooms large and very comfortable with great shower and a good large heating rail to help washing !! and the food across every meal was excellent . ( they have one star Michelin ) . The pool area is fantastic and such a good tetreat after the hiking . The service from all staff is outstanding . Hotel highly recommended

Wirklich ein tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Essen ist regional inspiriert und schmeckt hervorragend. Der Weinkeller hat eine breite Auswahl an leckeren Südtiroler Weinen. Der Wellnessbereich im Karthauser Bad, der über einen überdachten Panorama Holzgang erreichbar ist, hat 2 Saunen, einen Whirlpool, einen neuen beheizten Pool und einen Ruhepavillion mit Holzkamin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Albergo bellissimo in una atmosfera di pace. Cucina all'altezza delle aspettative così come la carta dei vini stanza perfetta spaziosa tutto all'insegna di un weekend di relax. Piste da sci e da fondo facilmente raggiungibili e molto belle
