Little bit cold coridor, and heater too noisy

Great experience all the food was great and thank goodness for this hotel

The views from the rooms are amazing. This is one of the best places I have stayed at so far and an so happy to have chosen it. The room was clean, checking in was no issues and the atmosphere just felt great.

Have to pay almost $10 a day for WiFi. Then $20 a person for a really terrible buffet breakfast. There isn’t even a working tv in the workout room. The shower was luke warm. I’ll never stay at another Westin again. They nickel and dime you!

My husband and I attended a conference. Front desk very efficient and friendly. The hotel rooms need updating. Where the hotel has a problem is with the bartenders at the bar. This the second time we have been treated rudely and unprofessionally by the female and male bartender. They will ignore you and lie about prices and availability of the products. It makes you not want to order a drink.

ac and room was not working very hot called front desk. They brought a service guy he brought up a TV remote??? Then he change the filter and did no better. We had a sleepless hot night the facilities, what kind of dirty out front of the walkway. I remember the days were there be a doorman and be very clean I lived in itasca for 30 years was very disappointing and I will not go back.

Too many events during our stay, the lobby was always packed and the building echoes horribly. Six floors up all doors closed and you can still hear the people in the lobby. Gave us a room right next to the elevators and heard people using it all night, I could barely get any sleep. If going for a nice relaxed weekend I would not recommend this hotel. The structure of the building ruined the trip. It looks nice but it’s just a huge echo building and you can hear everything going on.

The rooms are along the perimeter overlooking ALL of the activity in lobby. No room is safe from the noise. There was a wedding and a lively fundraising event going on into the late hours. It was impossible to sleep. I’m guessing this has been a historical issue since guests are provided with earplugs on the stand.
