「酒店的大堂裝修超級好看!在接待處的右邊有放置一個小卡區域,放置了各種不同美食店家的小卡讓住客拿,還有自己選免費的浴衣可以去樓上泡湯。不過因為我們當天check in 的時間有點晚了,所以我穿著碼數的浴衣也沒有了,也好像沒有職員補充,但是房間裡也有另外給一套衣服可以更換去泡澡🛀🏻頂樓的露天jacuzzi也太美了,很值得一去!另外我們在第二天早上加購的早餐buffet 也超級好吃,一定要試!餐廳有提供時令的食材以及有中西兩種不同的餐點可以選擇!」
「整體而言很推薦此溫泉旅館,我們訂的是海景房,每天要打開房間都會忍不住驚艷眼前的風景如畫。以下針對各項評價
1.餐點:我們訂了四晚一泊二食,餐點是三天一cycle,食材豐盛很飽很滿足。
2.環境:房間我訂到可吸煙房,我不確定是否有非吸菸房,但室內提供空氣清淨機,室內空調因為調整暖氣最強速。在夜間睡眠聲音有影響到我睡眠品質,索性耳塞能夠解決;餐廳以及房間、大浴場都很乾淨,2樓大廳每天都有迎賓現場鋼琴演奏,吃完飯後去發呆聽音樂是連泊的日常。
3.工作人員:入住當天遇到來自台灣的高小姐,很親切也幫忙後面調整餐食,餐廳工作人員以及房務們都很親切有禮貌,英文也可溝通。
4.值得一提的是,因為同行者不吃牛,所以在第三天中午跟櫃檯人員反應可否調整餐食,在第四晚的餐食有更改為非牛肉,提醒如果有此類需求的朋友可以在入住前或者當天跟櫃檯溝通。

we highly recommend this hot spring ryokan. We booked an ocean-view room, and every time we opened the door, we were amazed by the picturesque scenery in front of us—it truly felt like a painting.
Below are our comments by category:
1. Dining:
We booked a four-night stay with half board (one night, two meals). The menu followed a three-day cycle. The ingredients were abundant, and every meal was very satisfying and filling.
2. Environment:
We were assigned a smoking room. I am not sure whether non-smoking rooms are available, but an air purifier was provided in the room. The air-conditioning was set to the strongest heating mode, and the operating noise at night affected my sleep quality; however, earplugs were sufficient to resolve the issue. The restaurant, guest rooms, and public bath areas were all very clean. In the lobby on the second floor, there was live piano music every day as a welcome performance. After dinner, it became part of our daily routine during our multi-night stay to relax there and enjoy the music.
3. Staff:
On the day of check-in, we were assisted by Ms. Kao from Taiwan, who was very kind and helped us adjust our meal arrangements later on. The restaurant staff and housekeeping team were all friendly, polite, and able to communicate in English.
4. Special mention:
As one of our companions does not eat beef, we informed the front desk at noon on the third day to ask whether the dinner menu could be adjusted. The dinner on the fourth night was successfully changed to a non-beef option. We would like to remind other guests with dietary restrictions that it is helpful to communicate such needs with the front desk either before check-in or upon arrival.
