「L’emplacement est super L’hôtel est vieillissant et aurait besoin de se remettre en valeur Souffrant d’un manque de mobilité le personnel manque d’esprit d’initiative pour venir un petit peu en aide A l’arrivée on me donne une chambre qui s’avère être en plein travaux avec les peintres à l’intérieur !!! Le petit déjeuner est très bien, l’insonorisation des chambres est impeccable, la vue est magnifique . Une bonne remise en état de l’ensemble et cet établissement ferait parti des plus beaux de Menton」

「本來衹是因為想吃Mirazur才定的附近的酒店，但是覺得性價比還挺高的，對面就是海灘，而且迷你吧全包。」

「酒店服務很好！床也很舒服！有很棒的泳池！步行到老城也就是15分鐘！酒店還在帶充電樁！適合情侶出行！但是一定不能定基礎房型！太小了！行李箱都打不開！升級一個房型！大很多！更舒適！唯一美中不足的是淋浴間有下水水道翻上來的臭味！不符合5星標準！其他都非常棒！」

「Удачное расположение. Очень тихо в номерах с видом на внутренний двор. Приятно, что есть приветственный набор с губкой, с средством  для мытья посуды, салфеткой для стола и универсальным средством , а также таблетки для посудомоечной машины. Чисто. Нам все понравилось.」

「預訂了兩晚海景房，但陽台正前方有一棵大樹遮擋，視野受影響，而預訂頁面的照片並未體現這一點。與前台多次溝通並在攜程的幫助下酒店提供了一份簡單的補償早餐（麪包、咖啡和果汁），不過用餐區域有限，衹能在吧枱食用，而且衹有一天。 更噁心的是前台的態度，一副施捨的樣子：“本來是不給的，是我決定的。” 怎麼，我還得感恩戴德？ 前台還一直強調“有樹是自然現象”。“大自然就是這樣”，我喜歡海景你跟我扯什麼樹？個人覺得，既然主打海景房，酒店應當提前告知可能的遮擋情況，或對房型做更清晰的説明。 房間本身整潔舒適，這點值得肯定。整個酒店海景房衹有最邊上兩列的房間沒有遮擋，剩下的多多少少都有遮擋！若對海景有較高要求，建議提前確認具體位置，或備註要求無遮擋的房型。希望酒店能優化訊息透明度，避免給客人帶來落差感。」

「Very nice hotel with good rooms. Size is average, but comfortable. Staff is very friendly and professional, with a single exception at reception. Breakfast was very average and the management of the restaurant room quite appalling. It s a very large room with three sections, with people all over, table not always cleaned. It would have been better to cordon off some areas and guide the traffic better. The worst thing was the current expansion work underway, which creates nuisance of course (and inevitably). But the hotel has made things worse by closing all access to the garden, which is not reasonable. It is a main attraction to come to this hotel and there was no reasons to be so strict. I recommend not to go to this hotel before January 2026 when the expansion will be over.」
